Excellent hotel, clean, staffs friendly have free show every night at 9 pm but I don't enjoy the variety because only local stay , the beach not clear water dirty and on the beach I want to relax, enjoy the sun to get tan local come by to sale stuffs so annoying. I won't come back again. Sorry to say . I rather stay at my home go to my home beach . disappointed.

The experience was terrible, we found the hotel very expensive for how it really is, the facilities are ugly and the service was very bad. We would definitely never go back.

We stayed at the Gold adults only , and the buffet was very limited and low quality. The bees ate more there then we did . The drink selection is very limited. If you enjoy sweet icy drinks this is the place . Even the food at the restaurants wasn’t as great as expected. We did like to QR code to make reservations at the evening restaurants, but at the moment when the reservation app opens , and you can’t get a time, it’s confusing. The restaurants had maybe 6 out of 20 tables occupied, so either they can’t get help or don’t want many people at the restaurant. The beach is close and very nice with many chairs and loungers / cabana’s . The vendors selling their junk are not afraid to walk right through the chairs constantly bothering you and we’re a constant distraction. If you want to but that stuff just walk up by the marina on down a bit on the beach . Hotel needs to stop them from coming onto the property. They had some neat activities and entertainment / band in the pool a lot of days . Hot tub didn’t work most days , but roof top pool was nice and warm . Employees were always nice and helpful . I got sick on the beach one day and there were 6 people there to help me in seconds !! Dancers at the nitro club were great and talented , but not much of a change from the 70-80’s type musicals that we saw there 12 years ago . Tough to appeal to families and adults alike …. Grocery store and pharmacies close by. Gotta walk 6 blocks or more to get to a decent restaurant

STAFF WAS SUPER DISRESPECTFUL!! You asked for a spoon and they acted like they didn’t hear you! They couldn’t even take me to my room it took me half an hour to find it with all my luggage. The door was hard to open and they refused to get me another room. They need more attention to detail, and to be nicer. Didn’t have a good experience! Never coming back.

This property was nice! It is a bit older looking but had a lot to offer. The staff is really nice. Alejandro the front desk person was really welcoming
& attentive. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. The food was good and the drinks were tasty.

I was expecting a little bit better service, we had problems with the room, and they switched to a different room, the staff wasn’t as nice everyone here has an attitude it’s nice location just wish service was better

It is a small resort and within walking distance to many places. Hotel could use some updating but the service and beds were wonderful. Staff was pleasant.
