Location was a little hard to get to since there is no warning about the drive way. Get in and the parking lot is tiny and couldn't find a place to park for check in or check out. Room was WAY smaller than we thought and pictures shown! Was actually blown away by how small the room was! The bathroom was dirty, dead bugs on the floor around the tub and dirt everywhere. The bed was horrible! No box spring or support other than a metal frame that made sonic noise it kept us up most the night! The bedding was thin and we froze most the night, even if we turned the AC off we died from the heat! The sheets were nasty, covered in diet and hair! I don't know if it was from the housekeeping or just never got switched! Tv was ok but barely worked so watching anything was basically a joke and the water pressure was horrible! Speak of the bathroom, forgot to mention that black mildew on the walls and the rust and white crust formed on the shower, it made us panic! The room also had various bugs and spiders in the room and it made us super uneasy! Were were celebrating our anniversary and it was the worst experience! We didn't even bother with the breakfast because the juice machine was out and the fruit and cereal looked questionable. Overall I'd give this place a 1 star only because the service at check in was really nice.

This hotel is under new ownership and the hotel has had a complete remodel and I would highly recommend it for the area. Also it is now a Quality Inn. We rented a suite and it was HUGE. It had 2 queen beds on one side and then a large living room with a couch, 2 living room chairs, 2 dining room tables with chairs, a sink and long countertop. There is plenty of space in this room if you have a large family to throw up and air mattress, but the couch also pulls out to another bed. Staff was very friendly every time I seen them. Breakfast was lacking but they are still doing little to-go bags with a granola bar, breakfast sandwich, water and a few mints.

I was able to reserve a room while on the road, the ”Rowing Event in Knoxville, TN. caused an $80.00 room, posted on line and in circulars, caused Comfort Inn and Sleep Inn, in the city, to raise their prices to $240.00 a night. When I asked to repea.yt the price, they cited the event as the reason. Here this is tucked away on top a hill. However, missing are personal lotion usually accompanied with shampoo/ cream rinse. paper pads for writing notes. The ”Hot breakfast” is replaced with to-go hand egg and cheese microwave products??? Prices have gone up!!!
