Econo Lodge Kingsport

Location was a little hard to get to since there is no warning about the drive way. Get in and the parking lot is tiny and couldn't find a place to park for check in or check out. Room was WAY smaller than we thought and pictures shown! Was actually blown away by how small the room was! The bathroom was dirty, dead bugs on the floor around the tub and dirt everywhere. The bed was horrible! No box spring or support other than a metal frame that made sonic noise it kept us up most the night! The bedding was thin and we froze most the night, even if we turned the AC off we died from the heat! The sheets were nasty, covered in diet and hair! I don't know if it was from the housekeeping or just never got switched! Tv was ok but barely worked so watching anything was basically a joke and the water pressure was horrible! Speak of the bathroom, forgot to mention that black mildew on the walls and the rust and white crust formed on the shower, it made us panic! The room also had various bugs and spiders in the room and it made us super uneasy! Were were celebrating our anniversary and it was the worst experience! We didn't even bother with the breakfast because the juice machine was out and the fruit and cereal looked questionable. Overall I'd give this place a 1 star only because the service at check in was really nice.

I enjoyed my stay here it was a fairly cheap hotel and was in clean and good condition would recommend!

I had came there to stay with my elderly mother for a weekend away. I did not know at booking that they had extended stay for workers. When my mother and I arrived Friday there were several standing outside drinking, as the night went on it became more and more. They were so loud it was unreal. As I went out side about 2 in the morning to as them to be a little quiet they told me they could not speak English. This went on from friday when we arrived to Sunday when we left. I had went to the office or called at least 5 times, apparently there is nothing they can do (as the lady at the front desk told me). There was so much beer the smell ranked in our room, the loud music and singing made for getting no rest. Unfortunately it would be my mothers last long trip, and they made it a living hell. I also asked to speak to the manager and left my number which he never called.

Unable to sleep at all. Crackling noise all night. When reported in the morning. Unfazed response.

We use to stay here years ago. WE have lots of memories here. We had stopped because it was in need of much repair. They have done so much upgrading to this place. It was our best stay in our complete trip. We travel back to TN quit often and this will be our go to hotel from now on. Loved it

Reservation was for queen double they only had one bed they said it was ******* fault for booking place is run down no coffee machine in room very limited breakfast

Checked in late the person on the desk was a bit overwhelmed with the guest in front of myself and it took a long wait for them to get accommodations straight. Also breakfast is lacking cold cereal is the only option nothing more than coffee and orange juice.

The room and bathroom were filthy and discusting. It is an Econo Lodge so didn't expect much, but $815 for 2 night's because it was race weekend is ridiculous. Nobody that works there speaks English and they are not very polite. Would have been better sleeping in my car.

Liked that I could keep my pet there. Bugs in the room. AC/heater was very noisy.
