"I stayed at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is in a perfect location—central, convenient, and great for exploring the city. It has a luxurious feel throughout, with modern decor and a very clean environment. The staff were lovely—always polite, helpful, and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was well-equipped with great amenities including coffee pods, tea, and coffee, as well as both still and sparkling water provided daily (a bottle of each). A big plus was the in-room entertainment setup—you can easily connect your phone to the TV via the hotel Wi-Fi to stream your favourite shows on apps like Netflix and Prime Video. Overall, I was really impressed with the comfort, service, and attention to detail. I’d definitely recommend Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham for a stylish and relaxing city break."

"Stayed here with 2 others to attend the UK Games Expo. If you have a car, it's a great location! Only 15-20 minutes away. It was honestly a beautiful place to stay, the room was spotless and very welcoming. There are lots of pluses including a nice choice of breakfast, a living room to relax in and a lovely outdoor space that was surprisingly quiet. The parking was free too! The host was very friendly, giving us lots of tips about the area and the hotel. Highly recommended if you need to stay in the Birmingham area for any reason. It's near every shop you could ask for!"

"The sister hotel of the Edgbaston Park Hotel, we stayed at Lucas House one of our nights as we were unable to book consecutively. We stayed in a room with two single beds. The bed was too small. It was hard to imagine how a tall person could sleep... The bathtub was also small. In addition, if the transparent waterproof door on the bathtub is pushed and pulled until it is flush, it will be difficult to open it from the inside. Fortunately, I have a partner who stays with me, otherwise I would be trapped in the bathtub if I was alone. Apart from the above two items, everything else is excellent. There is a small green fence outside the window and a small flower bed outside the hotel. From a distance, it looks like being in a fairy tale town. Breakfast and check-in are both done at the Edgbaston Hotel across the road."

"I arrived past the check-in time, and reception was not around to receive me. Nonetheless, there was a number on the door to call, and I was talked through the process of getting in with the code, and to collect my keys. The gentleman was incredibly patient with me, which was appreciated as it was late, and I was exhausted from a long work day and it was my first time in Birmingham so I got lost finding my way from the train station to the accommodation. The apartment was incredibly spacious. The living room and kitchen made me feel right at home, and the kitchen was well equipped. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms - I was a single traveller so I didn't need to use all that space at all. The bed I slept in was marvellously comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, the water pressure was strong, and I really have zero complains about it. Location wise, there is a mall next door, although by the time I arrived it was closed, and when I left for my work meeting at 7am the next morning it wasn't opened yet. There were also some restaurants by the waterfront around the corner. I think this is a great accommodation for families or friends travelling together."

"As a four star hotel, I am disappointed that the room was not really clean, and there was a strange smell, and there was no toothpaste! Staff were nice and the location is in the centre. I enjoyed the sauna, the gym is not big. Restaurant's price is reasonable, the breakfast could be better. "

"Located on a university campus, it felt quite safe, and taking a walk around was very pleasant. It's a business-style hotel, and all aspects were generally satisfactory. While it's only about a ten-minute taxi ride to the city center, this hotel was wonderfully quiet and comfortable, especially when compared to the bustling crowds of downtown Birmingham."
