Everything was great about this hotel. Lisa was very friendly and explained everything in details from checkout to breakfast and parking. Parking is paid but had discount so it was £12 a day which is not bad. Breakfast was decent and pancakes were tasty. Overall a good experience and will recommend.

Booked for 4 people and the room is like a sardines can.. 2 adults 2 children in a double and a aso called double pull out bed that's actually a single.
Had previous people's stuff under the bed and an uncleaned toilet.
We ended up leaving and finding another hotel as it was just to small.

Stayed at this hotel earlier this year but this time the room in the ground floor was a little tired. The bed was too hard and the breakfast was average with hot food only being warm at best.

Perfect English breakfast at Birmingham. But keep an eye there’s 2 Holiday Inn express at Birmingham. We went to the other Holiday Inn express when we drive our car. So pick the correct postcode when you drive there or Uber there.

A good experience, good facilities with cleanliness. A good choice near the airport. It's just that the neighbourhood is a bit remote, which should be a common drawback for airport hotels.

Very good and staff was very helpful we checked in early and check out was late due to flight cancelled the staff allow as to stay few hours after check out time it was so helpful because we have twin babys with us.
