Travelodge Birmingham Yardley

The trip was pleasant the area isn't the best but was good for the price.

Good value for money. Just the right price for what is offered. Basic accommodation for short stays. Many food restaurants in the vicinity and one stop local convenience store for last minute buys. Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff here know what good customer service means - it was a great stay

During our recent stay at the Travelodge Yardley, my husband and I were thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service we received. The lady who checked us in, Laiba, was particularly outstanding. Her customer service skills were exemplary. She not only ensured that we had everything we required for a comfortable stay but also recommended several delightful spots to visit in the area.

It was great, we had an overnight stay. It was clean and plenty of hot water. There was plenty of eating places nearby. We had free car parking. For the money it was excellent.

I stayed with my mother at Travelodge Yardley, where we were checked in by Laiba. She greeted us warmly and was exceptionally polite and sweet. Liba went out of her way to offer us various amenities, making our experience delightful. Additionally, the room was nice and spacious, adding to the comfort of our stay.

was given the wrong room by a lady who barely spoke english had to carry our bags up the stairs to the top floor to discover we had the wrong room then went all the way back down the lady was then trying to argue we had a book a double room which i had but with twin beds so i kept showing her she then started banging around and throwing things so she couldn’t hear me after a while gave us a family room right next to the noisy stairs with the most unconfertable beds we have ever had people comming and going all night shouting and kids screaming in the corridors had no sleep at all couldn’t wait to get out of this place

Very nice stay here it was only for one night as we were going to the Utilita arena for a concert. We checked in and was greeted by a lovely lady called Larba, who gave us our keys and explained the process after 10pm when main door is closed. She also gave us extra decaf coffee and milk, then explained the best ways to get into the centre of Birmingham. Larba was very helpful and a credit to the hotel. We had a good night's sleep there it was very quiet even though you are on a main road. We would recommend and return here again

Room dirty on arrival with hairs on toilet, sink and bath. Coffee spills on surfaces. Blood on bathroom shelf. Blood smears over bedding. No room serve so full bins and wet towels until I asked for fresh towels on the third night. Noisy guests in corridors well after midnight. Shouting outside at 3am and cars racing up and down main road all night and early morning.

The main hotel staff were good and provided us with plates and forks for a takeaway we ordered. The room was massive and comfortable with 2 side beds and a main big bed in the middle. The bathroom was average at best but had decent hot showers in it. Only thing is that it needs better ventilation
