Very helpful staff. It shared a car park with Starbucks but at weekends it can get difficult to find a space to park. Also to note is on leaving the 🚗 park there are 3 major potholes at the end where you join the dual carriageway. I did enjoy my stay at the hotel overall and I was there fo 18 nights.

We stayed here overnight before boarding a ferry to Belfast. What an excellent location and the accommodation is superb. Simon & Sue could not do enough for us, they really have thought of everything, such high standards in their beautiful home. We would not stay anywhere else if we are in the area in the future. Simon recommended the nearby Golf Club for our evening meal and it was lovely and within walking distance after our long drive. Breakfast was first class. Thank you.

Location couldn't be better. Hotel is basic but serviceable, but I wish they had spent a little more on interiors for the beautiful building and interiors. You are in a world-heritage site but the room furnishings are basic roadside motel quality. It was particularly funny that the room itself was very large - with a basic double bed perched in one corner - there as room for a super king, which would look better and be nicer and only cost a tiny bit more. Bathroom was basic but fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lifts are small and slow, but I suspect that's a limitation of the space available and rules about listed buildings. But you stay here for the location and we were very pleased with that. TIP - don't bother parking at Liverpool ONE which is a hike away. Pay and display parking right at Albert Dock is essentially the same price and way more convenient

We stayed here overnight before boarding a ferry to Belfast. What an excellent location and the accommodation is superb. Simon & Sue could not do enough for us, they really have thought of everything, such high standards in their beautiful home. We would not stay anywhere else if we are in the area in the future. Simon recommended the nearby Golf Club for our evening meal and it was lovely and within walking distance after our long drive. Breakfast was first class. Thank you.

Hotel facilities were basic, but I knew that when I booked. Location was ideal for what I needed, and the staff were very friendly. I booked for 12 nights, and I found it a little frustrating that I had to request towels to be changed, as they make it clear rooms are not serviced every day for longer term stays. Very helpful staff. It shared a car park with Starbucks but at weekends it can get difficult to find a space to park. Also to note is on leaving the 🚗 park there are 3 major potholes at the end where you join the dual carriageway. I did enjoy my stay at the hotel overall and I was there fo 18 nights.
