The room that I stayed in on second floor has strong musty smell, most likely either the room is old or its been awhile since there is people staying in there. Service n receptionist is great, room is quite old

Stayed for 1 night. Booked studio room. The room was clean but the AC was broken. Had to change room around 10pm as the AC could not be fixed that night. Got another room. The AC was fine but the bed linen was smelly, as if it has never been washed. It stinks. But kudos to the receptionist and technician for the fast action. Appreciate their help as well.

The condition of the place is unsatisfactory, appeared totally opposite from the photos displayed on the website. Toilets smelled of clogged sewage, building is old. Breakfast is the worst, limited choice and food was not topped up once finished. Not recommended at all.

Aircond rosak,call kaunter then kaunter ckp have to wait the technician sampai. tp kesudah x repair. Facilities pun ok laa utk semalam tp mcm x berbaloi dgn harga, menu for breakfast kena improve lagi, mcm x fancy.im not a fussy person tp telur dadar kering kejung, n x byk pilihan.

I have booked this hotel for our staff who need a transit hotel. It was so near to the Miri Airport. Clean and comfortable. Price was included with breakfast for two. Will repeat to book this hotel if needed.

FREE UPGRADED TO FAMILY STUDIO WHILE MY BOOKING'S ROOM WAS UNDER MAINTAINACE. GOOD SERVICES, BUT MAY BE CAN IMPROVE FROM KITCHEN.

Worth paying….the hotel room was very clean and spacious. The fridge was very big not like the normal fridge in a hotel room.

The room aircond is not cold. The tv is kot working, the toilet is smelly. The breakfast is ok. The location is standalone , beside no shoppkng n eating place.

The room is spacious and clean. Receptionist is very kind. Breakfast was ok.

Cleanliness need major improvement. The hotel and rooms need a major upkeeping and updating.

Only travel for business trip, quite ok but there was no hot shower in room 414. The nasik lemak here is best of the best in BTU. You guys should try.

Good - 1.very convenient location 2. Mattress and pillow are good Bad - 1.Only one lift working during our stay and had to wait as the housekeeping staff always occupied it. 2. Insufficient kitchen tools provided for 3 persons 3.There is a hole in the ceiling 4.. Missing wardrobe door 5. Cleanliness needs to look into. However, we are coming back soon.
