First impression, a quiet and serene hotel within rows of shop houses. Upon entering the hotel lobby, I felt like walking into a Japanese home. Very zen;) Eateries and supermarket are walking distance. My stay was very comfortable and everywhere I look were clean, I love it. A little bit hiccup during checking in due to system malfunction, but the matter was rectify within 5minutes,so no problem there. Just make sure all system were in a good condition. For the price I paid, it is very worth it. Less than RM100 for a very good room.I would stay here again during my next visit to Bintulu.

We are greeted by nice staff that makes the registration so fast n efficient. However, upon checking-in, we found out the door to the rooms were not working properly n the phones not working but no towels were readied in the room.
The rooms overall need to be refurbished to make them more conducive and all the equipment especially the air cons should be in good working order.

AAnonymous UserAm a frequent Trip.com traveller and found this beatiful hotel in Bintulu during my busines visit. I would recommend this for a number of key factors: 1) Strategic Location 2) Cosy & Comforting Atmosphere 3) Wide spread of Breakfast (and delicious, particularly there Bubur is a must try). I would not dwell on the negatives because they are very irrelevant to address here. Will sure to visit again. Thumbs up 👍

NneedsacleanThe check in process was easy, but a little too easy as in I was not shown what direction to head to get to my room, what floor it was on or even where the lifts were. Check in staff were pleasant enough though. I eventually found my room and it was ok. For an ”executive suite” it was way below par, but for a normal double room, it would have been fine. Decor was very dated but sufficient. I didn't particularly like the wooden flooring, but that's a personal choice and it was clean so hey ho. The biggest issue I had was I could only find one plug socket, which was nowhere near the bed and it appeared to be very loose in the wall. The 2 x USB sockets on it were handy, but only worked when they wanted too. The room phone did not work so I had to go to reception to order room service. On that subject, I ordered a pizza and it was delicious. I genuinely loved it and it was delivered piping hot. The downside was the guy who delivered demanded cash only (which was not stated anywhere in the room service menu) and I did not have enough cash on my so, much to a bemused look from him, I charged it to my room. The shower was over the bath which was a bit dated but was decent enough. The bath mat was a bit shabby looking so did not use it. The towels were clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable and I did have a couple of good nights sleep. I did nit try the restaurant in the hotel so cannot comment. Overall, it is a decent hotel that could be doing with a facelift, but it was OK. It is located right next to a shopping mall which, being honest, is worth a miss, but that's for a different review.

GGuest UserGreat hospitality, spent 15 nights there for quarantine and everything was good from food, bed, toilets. Everything was clean and comfy, perfect for a short getaway. Was sent food every few hours too during the quarantine! The food was so-so but overall it was a truly amazing experience.

Lleenalynn1188Location is at town area. If you looking for a place to sleep and cheap, this is the place that you can go to. Beside it there's a bakery and Japanese restaurant if you don't want to go far. 7-Eleven is available just opposite as well. Getting a grab ride is not difficult too. This inn also provide a good supply of water dispenser in each floor.

2268harvinsThis is an honest review. I pretty much checked into the hotel for two nights. I had some issues with the air conditioning but they changed my room immediately after the day. Which im thankful to them. The rooms are good. Very neat, clean and hygienic. Ive attached pictures with this reviews. The washroom is really good. Fantastic water pressure, toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, earbuds, sanitary bag, and shower caps are provided. Towels are amazingly placed on the bed with different animal deco. Good lightings. A big mirror the plus point for me plus they have a mini bar and a study table too. Breakfast is good for the value. I think it starts at 7am to 10am. They do not have 24 hours food room service which is no biggie for me as you could walk down to many other food courts and restaurants around the area. Thank you to the staff for making my stay comfortable.

Jjdave182I was staying in this hotel for a business trip, 4 days and 3 nights. The first impression of this hotel due to it location at the shoplots, was an ordinary Inn or motel type. But when i enter in, i was astonished by it good looking lobby, interiors and design. The building painted black or dark brown, but with it creative interior makes the hotel look classy, modern and beautiful. It make you want to come here again and stay in this hotel again. With only 2 storeys hotel, you can go up to your room either by elevator or stairs. The door design is very modern, the door lock is modern and the ring bell is very impressive. The room bed ja very comfort, not smelly like other hotel and spacious. They prepare a mineral bottles in each room, beside tea and packet of coffee. Overall room is great, toilet is clean and come with water heater. The only issue is the TV channels is few only, and the TV you can’t plug any hdmi cable to it. My first nite stay here, the internet here is awful due to they having issue with their router. But my second night was better, i can play a match of PUBG, and two episodes series from AppleTV. Overall, this hotel i can rate as 8/10! A must stay hotel!

GGuest UserThe hotel was decently well kept and service standard live up to a 3 star hotel. The only area that may require a little improvement is the complimentary breakfast. It has only 2 choices for breakfast, either toast bread and alternating between fried kway teow, meet and fried rice on each day. Suggest to add porridge and carrot cake too.

OOliveGohVery spacious one bedroom apartment. They obliged my request for high floor with sea view which was very nice. Comfy bed. Strong air conditioning in the bedroom and living area. Good water pressure with hot water supply for shower and sink in the bathroom. Furnishings are a little dated and sp****. Kitchenette feels a bit grimy and the sink's water pressure was poor. It's not well equipped, perhaps for long stay where you really use it supplies can be requested. Due to Covid, breakfast was lunchbox style placed outside the room. It was horrible! We only had it the first morning, subsequent days we told them not to bother. Location is good if you have your own car, otherwise it's got nothing nearby for food and supplies. Photos show double pillows but it's actually one measly pillow per person. Upon request they only give 1 extra (don't understand why so stingy). Bedroom has blackout curtains but the bathroom door is frosted glass which lets light in. If you like to sleep in a darkened room, this will irritate the hell out of you as it did me! For the price of RM125 per night, it is extremely good.

SshukorTRAVELThis hotel is most welcomed for me.... Location is just off the main road. Hence, very nearby Bintulu Port industrial areas. Simple three level hotel with the reception, restaurant and meeting room at ground floor. Hospitality overall was excellent! Rooms and facility are alright by me. Breakfast currently is choices of set meals. Meals at the restaurant is a variety of Local, Indonesian, Western, Indian and Vegetarian. Having tried several variety of dishes over the current stay, I opine that it is a total change of the Bintulu atmosphere that i have been accustomed to. The downside of this hotel is not much choices for dinner and evening eat-outs.
