room still not ready as check in time was passed

The rooms are very comfortable and the bed is so nice for a relaxing sleep. There is a nice pool for kids on rooftop with great view of the sea. It’s near to Spring Bintulu Mall and the beach. Will return next trip.

Room is really spacious and clean. Bed sheets and comforters were comfortable to sleep in and the towels are great after a long day.

Second time staying here. First was good. But this trip itself was quite disappointing. Electricity tripped. AC was not functioning properly (repaired by maintenance). The roof is still a good place to hangout for dinner and sunset.

Good hotel for business trip. Great location with easy accessibility. Has its own parking for hotel guests, so is very convenient. Customer service is great. Room is very clean and tidy too.

Pay what you get. For the price it’s alright. Toilet drainage is not great. Best part of the hotel is the roof top. The restaurant and bar is very relaxing and cooling. I didn’t order food but nice place for a drink to unwind. Room soundproofing is bad. Light sleepers won’t enjoy it.

Very Comfortable bed and pillows. The rest of cleanliness are good except the walkways carpet are smelly.

We have just stayed for one night, not much experience. But we were satisfied with the services given. The employee are friendly and helpful. Will recommend our relatives and friends to stay here for their coming trip to Bintulu.
