Family-friendly Hotels in Bintulu

The room that I stayed in on second floor has strong musty smell, most likely either the room is old or its been awhile since there is people staying in there. Service n receptionist is great, room is quite old

I like the location walking distance to The Spring Mall very strategic, I did not try the breakfast & swimming pool but however there are 3 plugs in room but only 1 function, please upgrade your room so not up to date...very old...Next time i bring extension so i can charge phones and laptops.

First time staying here.Nice hotel and clean.Nearby can eat around with walking distance. Breakfast is good and a lot of choices with this rate of hotel.Services are great also as the front desk person are friendly.

The hotel was decently well kept and service standard live up to a 3 star hotel. The only area that may require a little improvement is the complimentary breakfast. It has only 2 choices for breakfast, either toast bread and alternating between fried kway teow, meet and fried rice on each day. Suggest to add porridge and carrot cake too.

Overall this hotel is good to stay and this hotel always the 1st hotel in town fully booked. 1st time I saw the hotel got prepare AED device for any emergency cases happen..

I’ve booked the Family Suite for my family. Room was spacious, we have our own living room with divider between the beds, and plus the microwave. Overall, I was happy with the accommodation just that the bathroom was a little bit smaller for that room type.

Repeated stay but the bed sheets, towels and comforter need some refurbishment as there are loads of yellow stained on it. Other than that, everything is good.

The lift needs repair, every time use it gotta standby stand n hold something baik baik when it arrived floor. Air very very small on second night stay
