Pantai Indah Lagoi Bintan Reviews

Not the cleanest of resorts. Pantai Indah Lagoi has the makings of a 5/5 resort if not for the fact that there are stains in the sofa, curtains, carpets, chairs, bathtub and pillows. There are also some areas which are evident of wear and tear. Food is also subpar. However, service is top notch. Staff are all friendly and helpful with smiles all around. Private pool is also nice and gives a very chill vibe.

A relaxed getaway from the fast paced of life. Their staff is friendly and approachable. Service is great! Their food is so worth it. Will surely return one day.

The private pool and yard is the best. But not fun if it’s raining outside, especially with kids. And the breakfast buffet is just ok.

The villa was incredibly nice and well kept. Good size for our family of four. The service was impeccable from the moment we reached the terminal. Everyone greeted with big smiles ALL THE TIME and made us feel really welcomed and definitely lifted our moods everytime. You can walk to the reception (where breakfast is served and where you book activities) but you can also call for buggy and it almost always arrived promptly. I do wish that the bath area is not located outdoors as it can get a little chilly if you shower too late at night. Breakfast was ok, can improve further but was still decent. My family had a really enjoyable time at the villa and would love to come back again in future.

the villa was clean, cosy and nice.. service was prompt and efficient! room service menu not too bad.. just minor wear and tear here and there.. would be nice to have hand soap in the kitchen and bathroom...knife, scissors, towels for kitchen too. Will come back if I need a short retreat...

Room is clean and staff is friendly and attentive.

It was relaxing trip and we had great staycation there. The service was great. It is a bit far from town. I would recommend visitors to bring own snacks there.

Good place for stay if you are looking for privacy. Perfect view of the beach if low tide.

This resort lives up to my expectations for the price we paid. It actually exceeded. Location: It is very near the ferry terminal and they arranged shuttle transfers for us to and fro for free. The area around the resort is basically nothing much, Plaza Lagos is dead due to covid. All the shops were closed down. Only a handful of restaurants ( 3?) were still opened ( warung yeah! - didn’t try, BBM Seafood - price was reasonable, food was good, boss is friendly, there’s one more with a mini mart which we didn’t try) Resort facilities: Private pool, private beach, SPA was so good but a little pricey, the others that I didn’t name are all chargeable. Food: breakfast spread was acceptable, nothing fancy, lunch options were okay too. The standard of their food was not as bad as what others reviewed previously. No harm giving them a try. Of course, it’s not cheap, resort price. :) Vibes: Chill and Relax. Overall, we will definitely want to be back. Thank you for the warm gestures. Every single staff is very friendly and polite. I’m not kidding, even the gardeners. Improvements: would prefer more activities for children, like a sheltered playground, water slide, else, they may get too bored with playing sands.

Booked a 3-night stay for a birthday celebration. Communication over email prior to the stay was efficient. We were reached out via WhatsApp throughout our stay and it made reservations/requests easy. Some amenities were slightly subpar but the warm hospitality definitely made up for it. The food is pretty decent too! The Pantai Indah team is friendly and helpful. The service rendered definitely superseded some 5-star international hotel chains we’ve stayed at. We will definitely recommend this place to all who needs a short getaway!

This is our second time at Pantai Indah Lagoi one bedroom villa. As usual, it does not disappoint. We are happy with the staff service, ambience, food and massage at the resort. Definitely worth revisiting:)

We chose this villa for their good reviews. True enough! It was a good choice to stay with a young children. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like cherised guests in their own home. The villa itself is clean and comfy. The service staff made sure our room maintained clean thorugout our stay.The staff went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met with a smile. From arranging excursions to recommending local gems, their dedication to making our stay unforgettable was truly remarkable.

Very near to terminal 10minutes drive by shuttle from the resort. We booked 2 bedroom villa. Very spacious for family
