Club Med Hotels in Bintan

resort environment very clean, well maintained, legit got clamping feel. NOTE ; no tv and bath tub. everything very convenient. they basically pick u up to go anywhere via buggy. service is good also everyone very smiley and helpful food so so cannot expect much but big menu. have diff diff cuisine room is good but if rain the noise is pretty loud. this resort room no tv. activities. the huge lagoon is 2.5m deep so basically everyone who enters the pool needs to wear life jacket. there’s slides, inflated playground. some water paddles, tube etc quite a lot of things to play but just the pool deep though . with kids u need to eye power .

*TLDR* Good: Service 10/10 Buggy around the resort!! KOPI TARIK for bfast was SO GOODDDDD really the best coffee ive ever had in my life Super value for money stay as compared to other resorts where you have to pay for literally everything even after the pricey $700 you paid for 2 nights Bad: Felt a little unsafe for two girls to walk back to our room cuz it was so dark No convenience store A little restrictive cuz you can only eat & shop from the options they have within the resort (nothing to shop also haha its just a gift shop with random swimsuits and souvenirs) Located a bit far from ferry terminal (1h) but transport provided! Went with a friend and was so amazed at the size of the resort 😳😳 really loved that we got to stay at the upper floor and there were 2 bicycles parked outside for us to get around the resort (but we just kept calling for buggy hehe - free btw!!) Resort was a little far from ferry terminal (1hr airconditioned coach ride) but they provided us a cookie and water for the journey! No convenience stores located within/around the resort and i just spent the entire 3d2n in the resort. Would recommend a 3d2n for a very relaxing holiday 👍🏻 We didnt manage to try all their activities but had a great time eating HAHAH their local indo food restaurant is a MUST GO 🤤 everything else was alright only but service 10/10 really HAHAHA would go back maybe next year Free activities: Morning yoga, stand up paddling, kayaking, teh tarik workshop, honey tasting, animal farm (u get to feed them for free too) etc Need to pay activities: Snorkelling (went during non-peak period so it was only us two with the instructor and an instructor-friend we made the day before), jetski, wakeboarding (this was fun.... And salty) etc

This place has the nice vibes of a traditional resort. Staff were largely polite, welcoming and friendly. There’s a large private beach area. However, my stay was marred by several issues. I booked a room with options for either a double bed or 2 twin beds. Upon arrival, I was told that there were no double beds available. I asked the staff if there’s anyone in a double bed room who’s checking out today, and told the staff I’m willing to wait if there is. She said there’s a guest in a double bed room who’s checking out that day, but she’s unable to “confirm”. She suggested that I take a room with 2 twin beds combined instead. Sensing that I’ve no choice, I reluctantly accepted it, and upon reaching that room, I saw the adjacent room with a double bed and the room looked vacant. I went back to the reception to ask if I could take that other room, and this time another staff took over and told me there’s a room with double bed for me but I have to wait for it to be ready. I agreed but felt perplexed why the first staff couldn’t have just told me the same thing. It’s not like I insisted on having a double bed room immediately, I already said I’m willing to wait. Another issue was the wifi. We all had problems connecting to the wifi, and when we finally got connected, the connection was often unstable. On the second night, there was a power failure and the electricity was out for several minutes. Overall, this is still a nice comfortable resort that makes a good getaway from the city. It will be even better if staff communication and wifi can be improved.

We had a great stay in Cassia!! 1) staffs are all very friendly, always ready to greet people by smile, small talks, went extra miles to deliver a top notch service. Special shout out to Yance (we met him from Xana beach club) who was so kind and willing to go extra miles to ensure we had a great time ☺️ and the Zumba instructor who was a ball of energy 😂 2) food was delicious, Lotus cafe, u beach club, Vista, Treetops, tried the food from all of the above places and it was amazing!! Delicious, clean and beyond expectations 3) fun activities: badminton, beach volleyball ball, soccer, table tennis, aqua Zumba, foam pool party etc. the infinity pool was great too!! It was super clean and the water was not cold 4) the room was clean, they provide daily drinking water, beach tower with a bag (which is great!). They also provide free shuttle service for pick up and drop off from ferry terminal (by shuttle bus operated by the hotel). I have nothing to complaint about for this place, highly recommended 🫶🏼

This would have got an average rating had it not been for the staff - competent, professional and always willing to help. The facilities seem jaded maybe due to the Covid related lockdowns etc and some parts especially the toilets ( the toilet seat was almost black ) were a disappointment. The location is excellent with a fantastic sea view from the restaurant and the beach is clean for the most part. The villas are good with a nice private pool and decent sized rooms. Our requests for buggy to transfer us from our Villa to the main building were always attended to promptly. The a-la-carte food that we had in their restaurant- we tried the local Indonesian cuisine- was excellent but the breakfast buffet was average. When I had interacted with the staff after booking this place, I was told that late check out is subject to ‘availability’ but it clearly isn’t as they charge for every extra hour. This could have been communicated in a better way. There is room for improvement but overall we had a good stay as the property is quite good.

1st time to Bintan and distance from bintan ferry terminal to our hotel is 10-15mins drive Given free upgrade from 1 bedroom. So happy🤩. Room is clean and spacious. breakfast spread is good and has lots of variety. Good place to relax but not for shopping becos there is no mall in Bintan and u need to travel to tanjung pinang if u wanna shop but don't expect it to be like Batam.

Decided to have a short staycay with our lil’ bub. We were greeted by mba Siti, fuss free check-in. Our 1BR villa was great. Clean, amenities provided was alrite, could be better. Lil’ bub loves the bath tub. Thank you mba Novi for the mozzie repellent for our lil’ bub. Staffs greeted us whenever we pass by! Felt so comfortable during our stay. Had a pleasant stay with Kamuela. Will definitely come back again 😍 one minus point will be the breakfast! Hope to see improvement during our next stay! 💙

Recommended stay When I got out of the boat, I saw that the staff at Nawan was picking up the guests, directly showing him the check-in list, confirming the list, and taking you directly to the hotel. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the hotel. The first stop of the car is to Nana Bay. Hotel, the second stop to the club, the hotel reception is a small house, the staff gave a welcome drink, a cantaloupe, lemonade, and then the room is so warm, only 1 minute to go to the beach, there are diving activities Can be ordered directly at the hotel, breakfast to go to the lobby is the pool where the food is very close to 5 minutes, go to the network red crab restaurant is also very close, you can take the hotel car half an hour and the hotel food field is expensive because there is Tax, we have a ride to the June Bay Plaza Hotel, there is a shuttle bus, but we must pay attention to the ride time, bowling is free but you need to pay for the shoes. When you go around 15 mosquitoes, the hotel will help you change the ticket.
