A heritage yet modern hotel with all facilities, amazing ambience, great service and delectable food. We had a pleasant stay here, the rooms are very spacious. The mornings are very beautiful. The breakfast spread was lovely with something for everyone. Our stay was too brief hence could not experience the rest of the services.

I had visited here last month and had great stay. This is really a nice property. Location is very nice and has good connectivity from railway station, bus stand and all market places. Hotel is near to railway station. Room size is small as we have booked family room and two double beds are provided. Bath tub is useless as no closing knob was there. Also, there is leakage in toilet seat. Basically, it is a house which is converted into Guest house or Hotel. No proper luggage room is available to keep the luggage after check out if needed. You have to come to main road to get the auto or taxi. Staff is not cooperative.

Horrible food and worst staff behavior. No accountability of manager or owner. Nobody ready to face the issue. Small insect (kechua) was found inside rice and dal. Small children ate the food and fell sick. Owner (Mr. Agarwal) ran away and manager also disappeared, leaving behind waiters to answer. Their reply was we did not prepare the food, chef did. He has left so there is no one to answer. In the morning they left a bouncer to take out full money of the garbage food we threw away from us. Every family should stay away from this hotel.

We stayed here for a family wedding. This was our place of stay before the main functions started. We later shifted to Heritage Resort for the main functions. While that one is more spacious, this was situated bang in the middle of the city. The rooms were comfortable and functional. Hot water was an issue, one has to wait 10mins or more to get hot water, all the while wasting tap water. One of the days the AC vent started stinking of dead animal and after 2-3 hours the staff retrieved a dead rat from the overhead shaft! The room had to be aired to get rid of the smell. Food was good and the Tea was amazing. We had taken buffet breakfast and they did refill the spread even after the time of breakfast was over. Thankful for this as the family members (guests) kept trickling at their own pace.
