Horrible food and worst staff behavior. No accountability of ***ager or owner. Nobody ready to face the issue. Small insect (kechua) was found inside rice and dal. Small children ate the food and fell sick. Owner (Mr. Agarwal) ran away and ***ager also disappeared, leaving behind waiters to answer. Their reply was we did not prepare the food, chef did. He has left so there is no one to answer. In the morning they left a bouncer to take out full money of the garbage food we threw away from us. Every family should stay away from this hotel.

It is a good hotel, Well maintained and clean rooms, Staff were courteous,Service was good. Overall good experience for me and my family. Thanks to FEEL INDIA TOURS AND TRAVELS for reserve our stay in this Hotel.
