Staff was very cooperative, service was fast, staff even couriered me my items that were left in my hotel room

Firstly hotel is very untidy, rooms were bad. Staff at the reception was helpful though, food was nice, but had ordered plates and bowl, but it took 40 minutes for the restaurant to get it. Over all a very poor experience.

Zero cleanliness, dirty and smelling bedsheets, poor ventilation, leaking water from flush.You will find so many cockroaches everywhere. You can't slip well in this hotel. Resturant is also same. I would suggest never to choose this hotel for stay. Loss of money. You will not get water bottle even inside the room.they will charge for it.

-there is no glass window in the room
-room is suffocatedccc -though we have complimentary breakfast but hotel authority was asking for payment and made a bill for payment

Hotel charged for water. Bed sheets are with stain and they charge money for any requests. 9am check out is problematic and they don’t cooperate

No ac in room and no breakfast provided. Bed sheets are not changed. Very dirty rooms and bathroom. Waste of money. I went there lately so i don't have any option to cancel. Worst booking worst hotel in makemytrip

Subject: review of recent stay at [hotel name] i recently stayed at [hotel name] and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel provided delicious food, and the stay was comfortable. However, i encountered a concerning issue - there were numerous small cockroaches in the room and the washroom. While the service and amenities were commendable, the presence of these pests was disappointing and affected the overall stay. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests.

Rooms are horrible with no with windows. Pathetic service and they will charge you for water whi h they claimed i itiwlly was free. Poor wifi and zero network in the room. Dump walls, smelly bathrooms and hallway.
