1. The Wi-Fi was not working. It was not directly connected to the devise but I needed to connect it through a website which, unfortunately, was unsecured and never opened. 2. Weak Mobile signal. 3. Continental food items were not actually available in the kitchen, though these are listed in the menu. 4. The employees at Reception were nice and helpful. 5. The Complimentary Breakfast was fairly good.

It's is bery nice and upscale place with good infrastructure . Location being very good, well maintained rooms and have all the basic necessities covered and plus huge parking space. Iskcon Temple and shopping complex is just 100 mtrs away. The food quality is also very nice. Right from front desk to bell boy to room service and even outside security staffs they were so respectful and courteous. I came with my family for couple of days and enjoyed a lot. All in all, it was an excellent experience. Thank you Mr. Prashant and your team.

First of, let's talk about location. The location is peaceful but if you want to buy grocery or head on to nearby restaurant or just quick walk by, you need to at least go around 800-900 metres from the location. Secondly as I entered the property, I was warmly greeted by staff and manager and check in was done hassle free! Now about the room, since I was on a solo trip, the room was pretty big and amazing. All the amenities were available, AC, fan, hot water for bath, drinking water, soap (liquid soap) for both shower and hand wash placed differently. About food: I had breakfast, and dinner there for 2 days.. Food was decent, not brilliant, taste wise it was decent and quantity price wise was amazing. Seevice: Room service was a bit slow coz when I had asked for drinking water I told them twice and got it on third time when I asked one of the staff. Staff is really friendly and amazing though. Overall I had an amazing experience, and it can improve on food and service and it would be perfect but kinda defeats in the location.

Check in process was okay. The reception area is not impressive . But the elevator is well maintained . The lobby is clean . The rooms are spacious and quite decent for the price. Wash room is also clean enough. They provide complimentary breakfast which is good enough for the price you pay. It’s worth checking out if you want to stay close to the station . It’s near Platform No 6.

Great ambience, extremely comfortable rooms and super helpful staff!! Overall a wonderful experience! Would recommend this hotel a million times. We ran into a glitch with room booking but the manager Mr Rudra went out of his way to accommodate our needs and get us a proper room according to our needs… can’t speak enough about the polite staff

The hotel management reinforced my belief in the iconic Taj hospitality. Hotel is about 25 minutes drive from the airport. Regalia Mall is just next door to the hotel- you can reach it without exiting the hotel. Shinjini (and others at the reception desk ) were very helpful and made check -in very easy. Welcome drink (of juice) at reception desk- which I is available all times- was indeed welcome. I got an upgrade, kind courtesy of the management. Thank you AdeepTripathi for a warm welcome. Room was well designed and well lit. Full marks to housekeeping, thanks to Anshu Singh and his team. Breakfast at Mynt restaurant had a good spread and was made more enjoyable thanks to the personal attention given by Chef Dina, and Monalisa, Rahul, Ghanshyam. Special thanks to Riyo and Kongka. Pashupati ji helped us with myriad things related to our business meetings. But I was a little disappointed with the pool as there is no bathroom to change clothes- we have to travel through a long corridor to reach one. Would be great to make it more women friendly. I am super grateful to the GM Ashirbad Prahraj ji ***** with Anant and Amit for their superb hospitality and for ensuring that my 4 days' stay at the property was as comfortable as it could be.

We had an amazing experience at Swosti Premium where we had booked rooms for our delegates for the National Conference for SCs sponsored by Govt of Odisha ..the staffs were very pleasant and cordial in their behaviour especially Rashmita,sudhansu,narayan and soumya have made extensive efforts to make the guests feel comfortable...the rooms are very good and it has good spread of food in breakfast, lunch and dinner...hope the swosti group gets more success in their future endeavors...

We were very sceptical on visiting Bhubnasewar,but that soon changed, as we were picked up by a very pleasant driver from the hotel, who showed us many landmarks enroute to the hotel. Upon check in we were made to feel very welcomed by the most friendliest staff. Food cuisine and was very delicious with a vast variety of dishes. The hotel is a hidden gem, with a lot of character offering a very relaxing stay with beautiful gardens and a very calm atmosphere away from the usual hustle and bustle. Thank you to Rohit Tiwari and his team, who made our stay very delightful and comfortable,we surely will be back soon..

I am so used to the standard of hotels in India (even 5 stars) that I don't expect much anymore... This hotel surprised me positively. It has a wealth of details in the decoration, you can see the care in everything. The most beautiful and cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in (I have been traveling here for 5 years). The service is better than a 5 star hotel. I have dietary restrictions and they met all my needs. Excellent rooms, comfort, quiet... exceptional breakfast. Service that I have not received in any other hotel so far. estou tão acostumada com o padrão de hotéis na Índia (mesmo sendo 5 estrelas ) que nem mais espero muita coisa ... Este hotel me surpreendeu positivamente. Tem uma riqueza de detalhes na decoração, percebe-se o cuidado em tudo. Hotel mais bonito e mais limpo que fiquei (viajo há 5 anos aqui) . Atendimento melhor que hotel 5 estrelas. Tenho restrições alimentares e supriram todas as minhas necessidades. Excelente quarto, conforto, o silêncio.. café da manhã excepcional . We had an amazing experience at Pal Height for our sangeet night, and a big part of that was Zia-ul. From the start, he was incredibly helpful, attentive, and ensured everything ran smoothly. His dedication to making our event a success really stood out, and we couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator. The food and service were exceptional, and it was clear that Zia-ul played a key role in ensuring everything was perfect. We truly appreciate his efforts.

SScenic261574Pros: The location is close to KIIT University. Choice of restaurants and shops around. Rooms are neat and clean and are above average (don't go by their photos). Buffet breakfast has limited varieties but the Food Taste is good. Staff are well-mannered and responsive. provision of Wi-Fi and TV. Cons: No Geyser in the bathroom. Due to centralized Solar geyser getting hot water is difficult. Also hotel premises are not well maintained. Far (about 15Kms) from Airport and Railway station (11Km).
