Hotel Rail View

I booked for 3 members but hotel charged for extra bed extra bed is also not bed made out of thermocoal unable to sleep. Food quality is also average. Bed sheet provided also not proper clean as per list amenities not provided like fridge woolen blanket overall not upto the mark. I suggest to improve service and cleaning so that more travelers may come.

Room clean. Restaurant food quality & taste made a lot improvement, as per my previous experience. Price reasonable. My stay experience became bad due to continuous bad smell from toilet, which was dealt with room freshner spray by the hotel staff but the problem remained. This type of problem are to permanently solved at the earliest.

Stay was fantastic. Rooms were cleaned. Food was also good. Well behaved staff. Things i didn't like are despite reaching at 12. 30, i had to wait for more 15 mins for check in. Was in a hurry to use the bathroom. If u are charging extra 500 for early check in, u should make the rooms ready before 12. Abother one while sleeping around 11. 30 pm someone rang the bell, when went out to check there was no one. That was strange. Overall stay was good. Will stay here next time if come.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The room wasn't ready on time even when they had called me on the previous evening to know at what time i will be checking in. I requested them to arrange a early check-in by 11am. They agreed but i couldn't make it on time and i reached after 12noon. Despite that the room wasn't ready and i had to wait around 10-15 mins. The room looked like it was prepared on short notice and so the cleanliness wasn't at par with what i had seen on my previous visit. Since i was in a rush as my wife had a doctor's appointment we didn't have time to ask for a room change. And the bathroom smelled like someone had just been inside, smoking. Apart from that the room was great, a/c was effective. Staff is very polite and helpful. Room service time needs to be improved and the food prices definitely can be made a little bit reasonable as it is too expensive now. Will definitely recommend.
