Very clean, one day I went out late and missed the staff's time to tidy up the room. But when I went back to the room at night, the room had been tidied up. It must be that the young lady found that I left after tidying up all the rooms on the same floor, so she went in to tidy up. Very considerate and awesome. The room is also large, bright and comfortable, and the facilities are very new. I will choose to stay here again when I come to Bern!

The hotel staff are very polite and prepare the room on time. The environment is comfortable and there is a separate toilet with basic toilet supplies. I think the only shortcoming is that the location of the hotel is a bit difficult to find. It is a little distance from the bus station, just two kilometers away. In the middle of the bus stop.
