The hotel staff is very friendly and happy to answer my questions. They respect the guests very much. The hotel environment is very good, comfortable and clean. Only 5 minutes away from the train station, very convenient There are not too many breakfast choices, but they are all acceptable and taste good

My deposit 100chf still not received. Reception say it’s will be 2-5 days to my bank card. It’s already a week now. Please refund my deposit to my bank card

A good hotel local to the city and accessible by tram, in a quiet location. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with a view of the city. The room contains a fridge stocked with refreshments that you have to pay for with tea and coffee provided. The bathroom contained little touches with sealed packets of ear buds, nail file and tooth picks which is nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good with a nice variety of food catering for all tastes however the plates are quite small so be prepared for a few trips back and forth to the buffet. The pool was good but cold when first entering so be prepared ro swim a few laps ro warm up.

Very pleasantly surprised hotel, online check-in, online check-out, although the room is small, but very clean, very tidy, suitable for social phobia! The front desk lady is very nice, highly recommended!

It'd the right standard and price for this type of lodging. It's a little away from the Old Town but then again, Bern is small enough that this doesn't really mean much - just a short walk. It's clean and quiet at night which is all I wanted. The staff were friendly and helpful, they even brought me an electric kettle I asked for - though I believe there were also some communal ones in the small kitchenette on the floor. Overall, I'd stay there again.

Good value for money hotel, 20 minutes from the city center. The front desk is always so cold, but fortunately, there is a problem or solve it in time according to the process. A day ticket will be sent to the city of Bern, which can solve the transportation cost of the tour. The hotel is connected to the mall and eating is not a problem at all. There is also a huge pool ride that can be used for free.

Detailed details of the hotel: 1. The hotel leaves the train station bus + walks for about 15 minutes 2. The facade is small, but the service is very good. There are not many overall attractions in Bourne, but the hotel can be reached on foot. 5, because there is a Swiss pass we do not have a bus card for Bourne, so the hotel does not charge us tax, but there is no guarantee that friends after the same. 6, the room is very quiet, not facing the street Finally, most importantly, the hotel presented fruit, biscuits, capsule coffee and drinking water. Three-star hotel in a big city. The standard room is not big, the law is quite satisfactory, the decoration is aesthetic...but it is still comfortable and there is no smell in the room. Breakfast is OK, better than the Samsung hotel in the mountains, but in Switzerland, um, for the Chinese, it is OK. It is convenient to take public transportation to the clock tower in the city center by 2 stops. Confirm with the hotel in advance that you can book a paid parking space, about 16 Swiss francs a day.
