This apartment is great. The sofa bed is well made by the time we check in which is a very welcoming gesture. We were there for christmas, the apartment is very near to the Christmas market. A very centralised location. You have all you need in the apartment.

Room is bigger than normal. Service is good.

Our family of four booked a four-person family room. We arrived at the hotel at 20:00 in the evening. The front desk of the hotel was off work (not 24 hours a day), so we called the self-service Check-in, but when we got to the room, we found that the sofa bed had not been laid Checked the room and there were no quilts, sheets or pillows!
