Very quite and value for money accommodation. Everyone is friendly including the guards. I was at this accommodation for Comrades, believe you me, even pains from the event just vanished when I reach Saint James due to the friendless of the staff. Security 100% available.

Very nice and peaceful place. Comfortable bed. Bedroom requires some maintenance, tabs not sealing properly and aircon dripping.

Very lovely colonial building with exquisite stained glass windows. The bed was comfortable with cotton sheets.However. At the intersection of Innes and Venice Roads, sleeping was tricky - and made more difficult by drivers of cars with multiple exhaust pipes. Staff were friendly and helpful, though not particularly well-trained. Although this establishment is halaal - alcohol was being smuggled in.

Nice old converted house. Good neighbourhood. Check in staff not available when I arrived despite being at a time they were meant to be there. Found a security guard who suggested I call the duty manager who was not on site - security guard let me in to room. Left after a few days while only ever having seen the security guard and occasionally someone on reception, who was not particularly helpful.

Room was good at the price. Getting in an out was a bit irritating at times, no intercom and you dont want to hoot and distrub guests (which some people did).

The Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is very safe and close to all amenities. Just a revamp of the place would be nice. New lines to the breakfast menu would be awesome. Cutlery and microwave should be in each room.
