It is the newest and modern hotel in Beppu Station Area. It just take 5mins walk to the station. The rooftop swimming pool is really nice with a good night view of Beppu, the hot springs is good too. I like the semi buffet breakfast, you can choose Japanese or western main dishes, and lots of tasty side dishes in the buffet area. Last but not least, good value for money!

It was my first time to experience a ryokan with my friends, and I was very happy to have an authentic Japanese experience. We didn't know how to get to the hotel at Beppu Station. We called and there was a special car to pick us up. The service was very good and the staff were very friendly. There were ********* staff there who could communicate in Chinese. The environment of the hotel is first-class, the interior is Japanese-style tatami style, and Japanese-style pajamas are provided. Looking at the beautiful scenery outside the window is very pleasing to the eye. The hot springs can be reserved privately, and there are also public hot springs, which are large and comfortable. Breakfast is also very authentic Japanese cuisine, very high quality and delicious! I definitely recommend this hotel. Regardless of the service, environment, facilities, and food, it is also very satisfying. It is a hotel that will make people want to stay again.

The hotel is situated 15 minutes taxi ride from the Beppu station. So we have nowhere to go that night. But it's good enough to have hotspring and drinks in the hotel. The staff is very polite and can explain what you can do in English. Then you were lead to the room and tips rejected. We booked the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast. The dinner time is either 6pm or 6:30pm and the breakfast time 8am or 8:30. The dinner is good but maybe my expectation is quite high, it didn't reach my expectation, especially for the sashimi. For the onsen, there are 4 private onsens and 2 public. One of the private onsens is closed. Therefore we can use 3. You can use the private onsen when it is not occupied. Just lock the door and turn the plate to the other side. But all the onsen are closed by 12 midnight. And there is a room with free flow beer and soda, but it closes at 10pm. Don't drink beer before taking hotspring. There is also an onsen in our room which can be used anytime. It's hot at night but not so hot in the next morning. Overall, the view is good. The staff is good. The food is good (just not so great) and the onsens are good. Beppu is a good place to stay a few days more

It's small but quiet and the hot spring water was good. When our team goes in, it's private and other people can't come in. They are really kind. They are very active in communication. The breakfast kaiseki is really delicious. It's really delicious and nice because it's quiet. The garden is also pretty.

A more traditional Japanese hot spring hotel. The tatami was laid out by the staff. Yukatas were provided. The balcony of the sea view room had a beautiful view in the morning. We arrived late and made a private bath appointment the next morning. The front desk staff was very friendly and helped us make an appointment for Hulu Hot Spring at our request. Thank you very much

I think the food and service prices are reasonable. I think eating in the room at this price is a peak, but it's a pity that the tempura is very cold. The room is large and I am very satisfied with the sea view. The large bathroom and the open-air bathroom are separate. When you want to move, it is inconvenient to wipe your body and put on clothes. The hot water itself is soft and comfortable, with a slight thickening.
