Excellent location, next to the bus stop and bus terminal, as well as shopping centre and the sea. If you want to travel to Beppu via bus, this hotel is highly recommended. The room is ok. The breakfast is nice.

Hotel is walking distance to Beppu station and many amenities nearby including Don Quijote. Breakfast is good. Staffs are ok but can be better. No action taken when we asked for a Queen/ King size bed.

It was good to stay for short-term. I highly recommend to take a bath on second floor.

The hotel is very close to JR station and there are several bus stops nearby to go to the hot springs. The hotel staff will help you if necessary. The hotel also has an Onsen, which is a very pleasant place to spend time. the room has everything you need. however, I had paid for breakfast, but I left the hotel very early to catch the train. when I asked the front desk staff the day before to prepare a take-out breakfast for me upon check-out, I was refused, as well as a refund for breakfast, which, of course, infuriated me

The location is very convenient, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel and Beppu Tower is on the same road. There are restaurants on both sides, so you don't have to worry about running out of food at night. There is Don Quixote nearby, which is great for shopping. We are driving by ourselves, and the parking fee is 800 yen per night. I highly recommend the large bath on the second floor. It’s really good to sleep after taking a bath. It’s really helpful for us who are traveling alone to eliminate the fatigue of the day and have a good sleep! I bought a separate meal coupon for breakfast, which cost 1,000 yen per adult. It was pretty good, so give it a thumbs up!

The facilities and parking are good. However, the room is very small, but I am still satisfied. I often go around Beppu and it is fine. It is good. This is good, but it is too small for a family of 4.

The location is good. Next to Beppu Tower and the beach, there is a bus ticket office on the first floor. There is also a bus pick-up and drop-off point at the door. Beppu train station is only a 10-minute walk away. The front desk staff are efficient and some people can speak English. I Think this is important because of previous unpleasant experiences. The room is a bit small but I think it's okay. You need to buy a ticket for breakfast one day in advance, 1000yen and the quality is good! I will stay there again if I come to Beppu again.
