Beautiful hotel, loved the pool and patio area. The room was clean and the bathrooms were huge. The beds were also incredibly comfortable.

The hotel staff is super nice, the facilities are basically all there are, and the breakfast is pretty good. What I am not satisfied with is that the facilities need to be updated. The window air conditioner is very noisy at night, especially when I can't sleep due to jet lag, it feels like driving a tractor. The shower in the bathroom does not work well. The pull-type switch can only draw half of the water out of the shower, so there is not much water.

We only stayed for a couple of days. The setup of the rooms were nice. Because of COVID, they will only clean your room by request which was fine with us. The location was good for what we wanted. We liked it was on the edge of Bentonville and Rogers.
