Outstanding
I've stayed in 50-100 Hampton Inns in the U.S. and Mexico over the past 30+ years and this is one of the best I've stayed in. Nothing too fancy or unusual, just a hotel in a nice location run really well. Specifics: Easy to find? Not really on the first try even with GPS. It's in a mixed residential / business area with a mix of highways and roads. Follow your GPS and look for the 3-story hotel and the big HI sign. Parking: It's a bit cramped so I suggest backing into your parking spot. Other Plusses: easy access to stores, restaurants etc. in the area; well-staffed front desk, nice friendly greeting. Location: Convenient to points north and south in AR, and locations in OK and MO. About a 30-minute drive to XNA airport. Breakfast: Typical HI breakfast, maybe better than average. The oatmeal was completely cooked and welcome. The yogurt selection was above average. Coffee in the breakfast area ranged from very good to bad. Housekeeping. Excellent, I couldn't ask for better HK during my stay. Check-out experience. Use the app. Overall I would definitely stay here again !
GGuest UserGreat staff, clean rooms, excellent complimentary breakfast, good location and reasonable rates. Quiet and well kept rooms. I was impressed with how clean and organized this hotel is. Believe me, when I come back to Bentonville, I will stay again!
GGuest UserThis hotel was top notch clean and comfortable, i've had hit and miss stays with Best Western, but this one compared to the better properties i've stayed at before. ABSOLUTELY no complaints and I would gladly stay here again, fair price for the room also!
GGuest UserVery good hotel. Clean. Good breakfast. Great location. So why the three stars? I called the front desk to see why my room hadn’t had housekeeping service. I was connected to the “virtual assistant in training.” After a long day it’s pleasant to engage in a robotic circular conversation. Finally connected to the front desk. I was asked “if I scheduled housekeeping.” When I responded that I thought that a given, I was informed that”Embassy Suites gives service every fifth day unless requested.” There was a mention of Covid initiating the change. As a Diamond member I questioned this was a Hilton policy. Then the story changed and it was “this properties policy.” I understand that service industries have a real staffing problem currently. It’s a tad insulting to be told Covid is the cause of not getting maid service. If the hotel was upfront and discussed at check-in, I would have been receptive to their staffing issues. Additionally, the hotel website touts a “complimentary5 mile shuttle van.” When I inquired I was told that was discontinued because of Covid.” I suggested the website be corrected. I did get some coffee and towels finally.
Do yourself a favor and stay at this Hilton the next time you're in NW Arkansas! Clean and quiet hotel, great location for the XNA airport. Mitch was on the front desk when we arrived. He helped us with directions to Crystal Bridges. The whole team was simply wonderful. Drew in the dining room, Morgan, Annie, and especially Reeanna made me feel completely at home and among friends for both nights we stayed. When I had to go to the airport on Tuesday morning, Scott drove the shuttle and answered more of my questions about the beautiful countryside. I will DEFINITELY return to NW AR and when I do, I will be staying at this Hilton Garden Inn. Five stars!
Hotel was good - definitely renovated, so ignore some of the older pictures. The workout room is big. Rooms were updated - comfy bed, clean, etc. The bathroom are not completely renovated, but they were good. We came with a soccer team - but there were several others blocks there as well so we got a complimentary breakfast. Staff was friendly. We wished the bistro was open on Saturday after 10 am. Close to downtown - really no issues at all. The only thing was the bar of soap (for bathroom) on backorder so we didn't have any. Working with the event sales was GREAT
GGuest UserHotel is in midst of a remodel at the moment. My room had been remodeled and was clean and comfortable. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Love the option of leaving my car and using their shuttle service to and from the airport. Fee to do so is very reasonable. Always my go to place when I have an early morning flight from the XNA airport. Highly recommend!
PPioneer48324565489Was forced from our home at 1:45 am May 27 2024 by a tornado that destroyed our home. Aloft was the only hotel with electricity because they had a generator. Told them what happened and they gave us a room for a special rate of $96+ taxes per night but the rate goes up in a couple of days but again, they'll try to help us out. The rate went to $160+taxes the next day. Thenon the 8th night the rate went to $180+taxes and were told we had to move out because the hotel was booked for an even higher rate than we were paying! The girl at the front desk never even attempted to help us find another room or show any sympathy for my wife or me, both traumatized senior citizens me disabled. We stayed 8 nights and they only cleaned our room 3 times. We had to track down the only 2 maid in the hotel for clean towels and TP! No one from Marriott corp. OR Aloft cared we are victims of a declared national disaster who just lost everything they owned! They didn't care they just seen a money making situation. The hotel is 10 years past needing renovation. Carpets are disgusting, broken shower. Tv didn't work had to.change rooms after 4 trips to the front desk because no one ever answered the phone. Paint in main reception area and elevators is pealing and hanging is strips. $15 for 4oz pack of cookies $4 for child size bag of chips etc. I give Marriott corp. And Aloft hotels an F- for their lack of care about the community they're profiting on and their greed and lack or leadership.
110062017The previous reviews on this property is not what we found and experienced. Other than the staff being friendly, this motel is horrible. It is a dirty, older motel that is located next to an older, rundown RV Park. The room looked dirty with marks on the walls and furnishings. Though we were supposedly in a non-smoking room, there were burn holes in the chairs, blankets, and curtains. The door frame and the window screen were very worn and needed replaced. You could see light coming in around the door, along with the heat from outside. The bathroom was very, very small. It was barely big enough to change clothes in. There is a laundry facility on the property, but it only has 2 washers and 2 dryers and motel guests share it with the RV Park. Breakfast in almost non-existent, though they advertise having a continental breakfast. There is no breakfast seating and breakfast consisted of 2 different types of granola bars, whole apples, minimal cereal choices (I believe 2 choices), packaged Honey Buns, and juice/coffee. (There might have also been yogurt.) It was a Grab n' Go style breakfast. There were 2 ice machines within the motel, but only 1 was operational. The beds were on the harder side and weren't comfortable. There were a couple different pillow options, but both were uncomfortable. This property does have an outdoor pool that looked refreshing, though we didn't give it a try. Overall, the vibe of this property seemed unsafe, dirty, and rundown. I would not stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to others.
SStay57323226440This hotel had the strangest elevator issue; it could go up, but it couldn't go down if you were on the 3rd floor. Taking the stairs down had debris that wasn't cleaned up. Breakfast was good. The front desk was helpful. My biggest gripe with this entire chain is the shoddy construction of the hotel itself. You can hear the people directly above you and it sounds like a pack of elephants. There is a $50 security deposit that is added to your bill; my issue with this is that it wasn't instantly charged to my card, but it takes several days (over 4 to have the funds back on).
