This rating is really being demanding. But the stay was good! Okay In the restaurant area the service is slow, as they lack staff, the staff do everything. The free shuttle from the hotel to the airport took 15 minutes longer than expected. The bathroom in the room needs cleaning supervision, there was a piece of paper on the towel rack in the sink. The facilities are very comfortable, and the treatment is very friendly.

I’d say this is the best hostel in my entire solo trip this year. More spacious rooms and location is just perfect. U can also book breakfast to save on money. They have a bunch of activities but unfortunately I didn’t join in. Had a busy schedule. Don’t hesitate to check it out if u r in Cancun

The hotel is right next to the Europcar car rental station in Cancun and can be reached on foot. The location is what attracts me the most. However, the sound insulation of the entire hotel is very poor, and the service and reception attitude is poor. There is an airport shuttle bus, but the attitude is also relatively false. If you don't mind, it's still a relatively qualified place to stay.

Great pool area with jacuzzi and the breakfast was good. Room was clean and airport shuttle service was efficient. Front desk was very helpful. Would definitely stay again for a long layover.

Quite basic and nothing special... The only advantage is the location very close to the Airport.... The worst part was when the service manager started arguing with me (guest) for not wanting to give me bottled water... Wow, how miserable it is, anywhere in the world they give you water to drink without so much drama!!!

It's not very clean, the service was not the best. The hotel includes transfer to the airport, however, I suggest confirming on the same day as your flight if it is scheduled, since in my case they told me that they did not have anything, although I did reserve several days in advance. The location is very good

Our room was very comfortable. You have everything you'll need during your stay. The kitchen was useful to us since the room service is a little expensive. The airport shuttle was right on time.
