I enjoyed this hostel a lot! It had a nice vibe and the people were very accommodating! It was also colorful and I liked the people and the common areas. The hostel was chill but fun at the same time!

I don't understand the opinions I read ... The hotel is clean, affordable, spacious. The breakfast is a sugar-sweet buffet with good quality, varied, and the service is laughing and pleasant. The reception is a little colder but very courtyard (there is a lot of passage). The shipping is scheduled for the benefit, it is sufficient to organise it in advance with the reception, and everything will be done as best as possible. (There are schedules to respect) I'm in the airport transporter at this moment. I'll come back

The airport shuttle runs steadily during the day, but you need to phone the hotel which means you need to be able to make a Mexican phone call or use their snapchat app. to access pick up. It would help if they answered the phone. Be prepared to wait. The shuttle arrives at the hotel at a predictable time and no preparation is made for it. The desk is simply swamped. English is limited to basic questions concerning check in. Our key quit working after we went to the pool which meant waiting for a long line up to register then trying to explain that it didn't work. After some discussion, Ben, a very helpful employee who spoke English, helped us contact maintenance. And the process started all over again. After three tries, standing in our bathing suits, we got someone to check the door lock. The battery was dead. When it was fixed, all was well, but it took a difficult hour to get done. The room was pretty good, the pool is nice, the restaurant buffet well worth while as is the free breakfast. Restaurant meals are expensive by Mexican standards. If nothing goes wrong and you're good with Mexican phone calls, this is decent place to stay.

Our room was very comfortable. You have everything you'll need during your stay. The kitchen was useful to us since the room service is a little expensive. The airport shuttle was right on time.

Exceeded our expectations !!!! Amazing new hotel across the street from the airport . We booked four rooms for one night, as we had an early morning flight and had been in Isla Mujeres for a family trip . First and most important, the hotel was very clean. Check in was quick and the staff was very friendly. They even gave us vouchers for complimentary cocktails in the hotel bar. We had dinner at the restaurant on site . The fish tacos were the best that we had eaten on our 12 day trip . The room was cold , the bed comfortable and the shower hot . There were complimentary bottles of water in the room . The hotel also offers room service, which some of our group opted for . Unfortunately , we did not take advantage of the large pool area on the 3rd floor, but it did look inviting ! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodations close to the airport . The shuttle runs every 30 minutes 24 hours a day .
