This is a luxurious and private hotel. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy a quiet staycation and relax. It feels like a lot of care was put into each and every object, starting from the marble floor. But as you know... food and drinks in the hotel are quite expensive. However, the quality of the free activities is much better than that of the Hilton right next door, so we recommend taking full advantage of the activities. In particular, yoga outdoors while watching the sunrise at 7 a.m. remains one of my best memories! Plus, the spa facilities and massages are of the highest quality, so I recommend you try them. There is a separate space and pool that only spa users can use, and it is really beautiful....
It is a nature-friendly place. While riding a bike around the hotel, I was able to meet various animals such as coatis, lizards, and iguanas. The beach right in front is beautiful, and there are many restaurants that serve delicious food, so I was happy while staying at the hotel.

Hotel molto particolare immerso nella riserva Maya. Stanze comode e sufficientemente spaziose. Colazione molto buona, non varia. Nel complesso lo consiglierei per un breve soggiorno
Everything is great, and I will come here again! We had fun in the water park and regretted that couldn't have more time to play in it. The tours recommended by the hotel staff are also very good, and our children like them very much.

Our room was very comfortable. You have everything you'll need during your stay. The kitchen was useful to us since the room service is a little expensive. The airport shuttle was right on time.
Quite basic and nothing special... The only advantage is the location very close to the Airport.... The worst part was when the service manager started arguing with me (guest) for not wanting to give me bottled water... Wow, how miserable it is, anywhere in the world they give you water to drink without so much drama!!!

Best hostel! I really enjoyed the environment of it, super clean and it has a vintage concept. The breakfast could be slightly better but overall can’t complain. And it is on the opposite side of a beach, in 2 mins foot you are there :) couldn’t ask for more

GGuest UserHaven’s beaches, location, and staff were amazing. Considering the price, we expected to not have the typical watered down alcohol/ meh food all inclusive experience, which unfortunately proved to be the case. You couldn’t get a buzz from the drinks unless you were injecting it straight into your veins. The only great restaurant was the Italian one. The coffee shop was also fantastic. The pools were beautiful, and there were always beach and pool beds available. The staff are very warm and friendly. Our jacuzzi never worked correctly and it turned out that you had to turn on the outside lights to get it to work, which we were never told. The nightly activities and the club are a bit cheesy, but the staff is doing the best they can. Big shoutouts to Pamela, Alfredo, Eli, and John, who were absolutely too notch staff. The rooms are beautiful and the rain shower is amazing! I think the overall value for experience is overpriced based on the food and beverages.
GGuest UserThe hotel is right next to the Europcar car rental station in Cancun and can be reached on foot. The location is what attracts me the most. However, the sound insulation of the entire hotel is very poor, and the service and reception attitude is poor. There is an airport shuttle bus, but the attitude is also relatively false. If you don't mind, it's still a relatively qualified place to stay.
TTinoThis rating is really being demanding. But the stay was good! Okay
In the restaurant area the service is slow, as they lack staff, the staff do everything.
The free shuttle from the hotel to the airport took 15 minutes longer than expected.
The bathroom in the room needs cleaning supervision, there was a piece of paper on the towel rack in the sink.
The facilities are very comfortable, and the treatment is very friendly.
GGuest UserThere many goods and a few bad things. 1. You can find food to eat anywhere when you get hungry. They have a good truck around the pool. The y have 6 restaurants, 3 of them you have to make a reservation. Reservation is very easy through the link appt from the hotel. 2. Some restaurants’s food are so good, some is nay. The stake house is not so good. La Luce is the best for us. 3. Pool are too small for that big hotel. 4. They have show and entertainment every night which is good. 5. All drinks all so good. Most staffs are nice and helpful. 6. The housekeepers didn’t really change well for our room, they at least change the bedsheet after a few nights. Overall is great. Our plunge pool is so small and shallow but good for little kid.
GGuest UserJuan took very good care of us, he sent the shuttle bus to pick us up at the airport, and was very welcoming and kind ,rooms are really clean and spacious, breakfast is very tasty
VVillitaHotel nearby the airport around 10 min drive.
There’s a free shuttle to hotel, unfortunately the pick up from airport is very poorly organized and executed (I requested the hotel to notify me on the schedules and where should I take the shuttle but nobody reply) I found it by chance :/…
The check in took around 90 minutes (no kidding) but guess it was an extraordinary situation.. good if you must stay overnight for a transit or want to be near airport.
Breakfast not bad and room pretty basic.
GGuest UserI had mixed feelings about this hotel:
-Very spacious room/suite and comfortable bed.
-Nice places to hang out in the hotel with nice views.
-Staff was very friendly
But:
-Poor isolation. We got awaken by loud music from neighbors’ tv at 6 AM. We heard everything as if the speakers were in our room.
-Disappointing breakfast (only toast and fruits).
Overall good experience, but could be better for a 4-star hotel.
GGuest UserThe experience was very bad. The front desk check-in was done without a smile, as if I owed her money. When I encountered some problems, the front desk manager or supervisor came out to answer them, and they were the same, with a stern face and very rude. There was a fire alarm at night, and many guests evacuated from the emergency passage. In the end, we asked the restaurant staff ourselves, and they said that someone might have smoked in the room and triggered the alarm system. What an understatement. During the whole process, no employee came forward, which was simply amazing. What should I do if this is a real fire? Is this the fire evacuation plan for a five-star hotel? I have chosen W Hotel N times. In my opinion, the service of this W Hotel in Cancun is only at the three-star level. Be careful if you want to stay here. Except for the beautiful sea view, everything else is not beautiful 😂.

GGuest UserBe aware of this scam. Compare picture they posted on the official website and what we had ( pictures are added ). This is not at all what you would expect .Super dirty place with dim light in the room.. scary .. On the top of this they charge you more for the airport shuttle as it was discussed . I saved our conversation about the fee, agreed to it. The taxi came and charged us different price , after that hotel doesn’t respond.. I hope trip.com will take care of refund as they really good at customer support.
FFrancisco CancinoIt's not very clean, the service was not the best. The hotel includes transfer to the airport, however, I suggest confirming on the same day as your flight if it is scheduled, since in my case they told me that they did not have anything, although I did reserve several days in advance. The location is very good
