Excellent hotel

Everything about the hotel is good, but I just want to ask, it's a 5-star hotel, but they don't provide drinking water??? They said the hotel only provides 2 bottles, and I stayed for 4 days, which means if I check out and check in every day, can it be provided all the time??? Quite speechless!!! The restaurant and rooms are beautiful, and the front desk is also very good!!! Very patient!!!

It's a splendid, new hotel with relatively new equipment. Just be careful and it will hurt if you accidentally hit the corner of the bed. The sauna downstairs has wet and dry rooms and a swimming pool. You can also order champagne to be delivered. There is an extra charge for booking a massage. There is a charge for dinner and the presentation is good. There was no buffet when I went for breakfast. British breakfast and Serbian breakfast are available a la carte. There is also a la carte, and there is no charge for fruit juice and coffee. Remember to leave a message. I went there for my wedding anniversary and got the cake in the second picture as a gift ❤️ It’s very thoughtful. There are also welcome snacks in the room, macarons, which are also delicious 😋

During my trip in August 2024, the hotel gave me a perfect stay! The hotel is five-star and very satisfying! The hotel is exquisite in every way, and a five-star review is a must!

I really liked the hotel. It was our first time in Belgrade, so we have nothing to compare it with, but it definitely deserves five stars in terms of service, equipment and the building itself. The infrastructure is all new. Loved the roof terrace. The hotel management needs to more actively promote it among guests in good weather, because the views are gorgeous, and such a good terrace is really rare. There could be questions about the interior itself, of course, since the style of the hotel is not for everyone. But overall everything looks good and decent. My husband liked the spa area, the massage therapist did a great job, and a good workout room. All in all, a great place to stay for a few days in Belgrade.

The hotel was under renovation this morning, so it was a bit noisy.

The hotel is very nice, all the staff are very nice, the room service is also great in the evenings. The 5 stars are fully justified for the hotel including breakfast. The restaurant for dinner is not as high as it should be in a hotel like this.

The decorative style of the French Louis XIV period is very retro. The luxurious gold-plated bed and gold-plated faucets are full of classic connotations. The restaurant is super luxurious, the breakfast is rich and delicious.

We were very angry that Ctrip provided false information about the hotel. The so-called five-star Presidential Palace Hotel, which costs more than 2,400 per night, is located in an inconspicuous place on a dilapidated street. The parking lot is on the side of the road and is limited to a few cars. It is not a few hundred meters away from the city as they said. The two couples who checked into the twin room were given a one-meter-wide bed. The bed was close to the door, and the quilt was very narrow (single quilt) and damp. It felt like the whole room had been uninhabited for a long time. My husband's 1.8-meter-tall head couldn't cover his feet. The bathroom was all ordinary tiles, not at all five-star luxury, and no toilet paper was provided. There was only one shower for the shower and it was broken, as shown in the picture. When I returned to the hotel at night, most of the lights at the front desk were not on, and there was no staff, only one person on duty. Drinking water at the front desk required payment... The only thing that seemed luxurious was the gold-plated faucet and bed (extremely disappointed)
