金碧輝煌，新酒店，設備都比較新，就小心房間床角不小心撞到超級痛，樓下的三温暖有乾濕房間，泳池，還可以點香檳送下來，預約按摩要額外收費。晚餐收費擺盤味道都可以，早餐我去的時候沒有自助，單點有英國早餐，塞爾維亞早餐可選，還有單點的，水果汁咖啡也不收錢。記得留言哦，我是結婚紀念日去的還送了圖二的蛋糕❤️超貼心，房間還有迎客點心馬卡龍也很好吃😋

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, der Zimmerservice ist auch abends topp. Für das Hotel samt Frühstück sind die 5 Sterne voll berechtigt.
Das Restaurant für ein Abendessen hat nicht den Anspruch wie es zu so einem Hotel gehören sollte.

超級友好的服務人員！！我度過了一個很驚喜的生日🎂酒店工作人員幫忙準備了一切，真的很開心。酒店有免費的SPA，可惜沒帶泳衣！！工作人員介紹酒店是法國路易十四時期的風格，非常的復古，很出片！

攜程對該酒店提供虛假訊息讓我們非常憤怒，2400多一間/晚的所謂五星級總統府酒店，坐落在一個破舊不堪的街道一個不起眼的地方，停車場是馬路邊也僅限於幾部車。更不是如他們所説離市區幾百米距離，我們兩對夫妻入住給我們一米一張的的雙床房，床緊靠門，被子很窄（單人被）陰濕陰濕感覺整個房間長期無人居住我先生1.8個頭蓋不住腳，洗手間全部是普通瓷磚完全沒有五星豪華也不提供抽紙，沖涼衹有一個花灑而且是壞的，如圖。晚上回到酒店前枱燈大部分是不開的，也沒有工作人員，衹有一個值班人員，前台喝水要付費……唯一顯得豪華的是鍍上金色的水龍頭和床（失望至極）

This hotel in Belgrade really is the pinnacle of luxury. You don't find too many hotels that employ this classical style of interior design and do it this well. I especially loved the breakfast dining room (that looked more like a grand ballroom!), wellness area with massive pool and lobby that honestly looked like in belonged in a museum. The staff were super friendly too. Location wise, you are just a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre - super convenient.
