"Excellent location. Very close to city hall, the high street, Grand Central Station, and transport links to Belfast City Airport. Very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very nice cocktail bar."
"The hotel is clean and tidy. It has a fully equipment gym and ample of parking space. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices.
Will definitely recommend to stay at this hotel anytime."
"Hard to fault the accommodation for its location and price. We had a twin room booked as friends (M/F) - the only thing that perhaps wasn't 100% ideal was the bathroom that bordered on being see through. Only part of it was frosted glass so any if walking past, the other person was in clear sight. Wasn't a huge issue for us but it might not be perfect for others travelling as friends. The glass wall also didn't go the whole way to the ceiling so any sounds came through to the compact room. Aside from that, excellent value."
"We had a nice experience as always. This is my second stay in Holiday Inn hotel but in Londonderry which was fantastic as well. The staff were very helpful specially the receptionist. They also offered us tickets for the Giant’s Causeway tour and the City Sightseeing Bus tour which we bought right away as soon as we checked in. Overall, we had a pleasant stay."
"Very friendly for parent-child travel! The room was comfortable, spacious and quiet. Private parking spaces are convenient for parking. Our unit is equipped with a very spacious living room with complete kitchenware. There is a large TESCO 3 minutes drive from the hotel, which is very convenient for purchasing daily necessities. We came from Dublin on the day of our stay and especially appreciated Christine's unremitting efforts to communicate and contact us in time, making our stay very convenient. Especially recommended to families who can communicate in English."
"First time visit to Belfast… what a beautiful city. We will definitely return. The Leonardo Hotel was brilliant, the location is absolutely spot on, a short walk from Grand Central station, whilst being central to the city and the sites.
The staff were outstanding in the professional and friendly approach, they are to be applauded. The breakfast was lovely with a large selection on offer to all. I will definitely return to the Leonard😄"
"Great little spot relatively close to the city centre. We walked into the city in about 20 minutes! It’s a self check in and check out system with very clear instructions and opportunities for help if needed. The room is very clean with a nice en-suite. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others."
"Typical Hilton - clean and good rooms but service was poor to non existent. Car park issues too which the hotel though it validates the cards doesn’t seem to want to know - a pretty soulless experience let down by lack of interest from staff."
"It was a pleasant experience overall, but I expected more from such a hotel. The floor of the room wasn't cleaned and mopped, and there was dust anywhere. We also didn't even get a bottle of water. However, I called them to see if we can check in a little bit early and they let us with no extra cost! It worth it."

Great
GGuest UserMy recent breakfast experience at this hotel had its ups and downs. First, the baby high chair was disappointingly dirty, even after I spent a considerable amount of time wiping it down with wet wipes, as seen in the pictures. The cleanliness standards should definitely be improved.
As for the breakfast service, it left much to be desired. It felt like there was only one server handling everything, and it took a whopping 20 minutes for a simple yogurt to be served. I'm confident I could have prepared it in two minutes myself. Plus, the portion of yogurt was quite small, and the oatmeal was almost inedibly dry. However, I must admit that the full breakfast option redeemed the dining experience.
In summary, while the full breakfast was enjoyable, the cleanliness of the baby high chair and the slow service for basic items like yogurt need significant improvement.
TTaotaozi0320Very quiet place, a little distance from the city by car, it's a bit like a family hotel. We were too lazy to move the boxes when we stayed on the 3rd floor, so we just put them in the car and took the toiletries upstairs. This was a bit inconvenient. It was also inconvenient to switch between hot and cold water.
TTeacher HarryLocated in nice area of Belfast about 5-10 minutes walk from the Grand Central railway station.
The staff are very helpful with suggesting and arranging places to visit in the area.
The facility is modern and well maintained and breakfast is good. 10/10
CCicianThe biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns.
On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet.
The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining.
Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!
HHVery, very nice stay, the room is super big and has everything you need. The self check-in was also uncomplicated and you could get a free beer from the fridge. You didn't notice anything at all from the bar underneath the hotel, so for us it was a 10/10
GGuest UserIt’s a Travelodge so you know what to expect. It’s functional without any frills, but that’s all we needed for a weekend stay. Reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was clean, but one grumble was the small window which did not open or allow much light into the room. The hotel’s location is superb. Easy reach of, well, everything.
Highly recommend a visit to The Crown and Fibber Magee’s pubs which are just around the corner. Take a visit to the Titanic experience and also St George’s Market.
LLisaLA lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel.
SShrutiiiThe hotel was very close to the city centre. The room was smaller than expected however comfortable enough for two people, i like that the reception was available 24hrs and the pool table was fun, the people at the reception were also very welcoming and friendly
NNKAYGreat hotel and services, however could do with more amenities such as basic toiletries and slippers or bathrobe. Was surprised that it was not included in the deluxe room and was only available for a more expensive room which makes no sense because it’s suppose to be a 4 Star hotel. Other than that everything was great. Friendly staff, cleaned regularly and were super helpful. Had breakfast on the first day, it was okay, could be better with more variety.
GGuest UserApartment was great, very clean and in a good location. Only problem was that i didn’t realise until I got there was that I had to put down a deposit. I think that this should have been part of the details when I booked. I was informed that it would only be put down as a pending amount but I was charged. Other than that I enjoyed the dream apartments and will stay again
