"The hotel is clean and tidy. It has a fully equipment gym and ample of parking space. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Will definitely recommend to stay at this hotel anytime."

"Very friendly for parent-child travel! The room was comfortable, spacious and quiet. Private parking spaces are convenient for parking. Our unit is equipped with a very spacious living room with complete kitchenware. There is a large TESCO 3 minutes drive from the hotel, which is very convenient for purchasing daily necessities. We came from Dublin on the day of our stay and especially appreciated Christine's unremitting efforts to communicate and contact us in time, making our stay very convenient. Especially recommended to families who can communicate in English."

"We had a nice experience as always. This is my second stay in Holiday Inn hotel but in Londonderry which was fantastic as well. The staff were very helpful specially the receptionist. They also offered us tickets for the Giant’s Causeway tour and the City Sightseeing Bus tour which we bought right away as soon as we checked in. Overall, we had a pleasant stay."

"First time visit to Belfast… what a beautiful city. We will definitely return. The Leonardo Hotel was brilliant, the location is absolutely spot on, a short walk from Grand Central station, whilst being central to the city and the sites. The staff were outstanding in the professional and friendly approach, they are to be applauded. The breakfast was lovely with a large selection on offer to all. I will definitely return to the Leonard😄"

"The apartment is big enough. All things are ok. Free underground parking is provided and it’s very convenient to go to the apartment directly via the lift. The staff are helpful. The pan is scratched and they immediately provided the new one. Tesco superstore is just next to the door, very convenient for shopping food. Very good for family trip when you want to cook for yourself."

"Всё отлично. Простое заселение, приятный чистый дом. На кухне все принадлежности чтобы приготовить завтрак или разогреть простой ужин (духовка, микроволновка). Есть много разных мюслей для старта (если не успели купить). Расположение хорошее, около дома в 3 минутах остановка до центра Белфаста, и в другую сторону, 15 минут до аэропорта BHD. В комнате тихо и тепло, удобная кровать, есть куда разместить свои вещи. Кухня и ванная с туалетом общие, а в мое пребывание я была одним гостем, так что все было очень удобно."

"It was a pleasant experience overall, but I expected more from such a hotel. The floor of the room wasn't cleaned and mopped, and there was dust anywhere. We also didn't even get a bottle of water. However, I called them to see if we can check in a little bit early and they let us with no extra cost! It worth it."

"A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel."

"The location is a bit off the beaten track, but the center of Belfast is not big, and it only takes about ten minutes to walk there. Other things are ok."
