Stayed here for 17 days big MISTAKE. So where do I start if it was meant to be hot it was cold and if it was meant to be cold it was hot. On occasion we had temped hot water with no pressure. Didn't need to go for the cold breakfast to get coffee because the same colour came out the tap in your room. No information from reception when asking for something to be done, Noisy rooms between inconsiderate TVs blaring, screaming kids & traffic noise what a disaster of a place run down dirty & non smoking rooms well....im not so sure. Aircon struggled on hot humid days rights when you need it Carpet throughout dirty worn stained. Had to change rooms stain on the mattress YUK. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!

The house is not too far from the hotel, the location is strategic.. has been here 3 times so far there has been improvement in the food. The room is nice, the wifi is not bad too.. The service is also good. The response is fast..

Staying at Superior Room. Room is compact but clean and comfy. TV needs to be upgraded as the quality of visual is bad (statics). I had to ask for bathroom mat. They didn't provide it. Cool way to serve water, by dispenser in the hallway. Staff were helpful and quick. Thanks a lot!

GGuest UserEverything was top notch at this beautiful hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the doormen to the maids were super friendly. I had a very outstanding concierge, Yohanes Gema, who helped me with so many things.
Beautiful hotel, food was delicious with a huge breakfasf buffett.
I definitely would return to this hotel again.

GGuest Usercoincidentally New Year's here because the location is strategically close to the mall. the service is very good, the employees are friendly and there are a lot of them, it seems like every floor has employees so it's easy to find when you need help. it's a shame when you first arrived you weren't given a welcome drink because maybe the maids were also busy checking in π€ three days there, without even being asked right outside the room was cleaned and tidied up, the gym and swimming pool were close by, so when my child was swimming he could be monitored when he left to the gym. it's just a shame for those who use motorbikes to park in the mall area which is quite far away, you have to go to the mall first π next time I will stay here again.

Because apart from comfort, it's not noisy. It's suitable for guests who want to sleep well.
