NNK palHi property is clean room is also clean and fulll furnished..but you need to be careful when you book the hotel ..coz when I reached to the property with my online booking agent tell me your room was booked for six hour only and he ask me to pay more and I paid him 650000 IDR more and when I asked him for receipts he said they don’t provide any receipts..at the end I didn’t receive my money or any refund frm Trip.com 😔😔😔

The room is spacious, but it is located in an east building, so the interior looks outdated. And when I first entered the room, I was surprised by the strong smell of cigarettes. I immediately called the receptionist and soon someone came to treat it with an ozone machine. Thanks for the response, although not 100% the smell is gone.
But, overall me and my family were happy with the facilities and breakfast service. I could say the breakfast is a five-star breakfast.
I will put Horison Ultima Bekasi on my list for my next visit if I have to visit Bekasi for more than two days.

DDwi UtaminingsihI like this hotel because near the Summarecon Mall. I can get everything, shopping and dining under one roof.
Eventhough the hotel is slightly old, needs some touch-up, the curtain is badly soiled, water puddle in the shower area after showers but the house keeping staff tried their best to keep the room clean & tidy.
Bathroom amenities is reduced to what we need only and the hotel use refills-able glass bottles instead plastic one for the complimentary drinking water.

Vvida rahmaThe location quite strategies, near by 3 local mall, supermarket, easy to get transportation, meals and daily needs all day long, still need to be improved in cleanliness for room and gym facility, because we feel little bit humid for room and gym facilities. For the staff and the food is quite good, and we think we will be back to this hotel as an option for next trip to bekasi.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the mega city mall. Comfy, clean and friendly staffs. The parking is too crowded and if you get vack to the hotel at night. There's only one door still open. So you should walk a little bit far to the lobby..

GGuest UserEverything was top notch at this beautiful hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the doormen to the maids were super friendly. I had a very outstanding concierge, Yohanes Gema, who helped me with so many things.
Beautiful hotel, food was delicious with a huge breakfasf buffett.
I definitely would return to this hotel again.
Very clean rooms and excellent wifi.
