NNK palHi property is clean room is also clean and fulll furnished..but you need to be careful when you book the hotel ..coz when I reached to the property with my online booking agent tell me your room was booked for six hour only and he ask me to pay more and I paid him 650000 IDR more and when I asked him for receipts he said they don’t provide any receipts..at the end I didn’t receive my money or any refund frm Trip.com 😔😔😔

Thank you to Mba Reza HK who is capable, patient and fast in cleaning the room and also serving customers. Also Mba Reza HK is really nice and kind person. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for hotel to stay.

Vvida rahmaThe location quite strategies, near by 3 local mall, supermarket, easy to get transportation, meals and daily needs all day long, still need to be improved in cleanliness for room and gym facility, because we feel little bit humid for room and gym facilities. For the staff and the food is quite good, and we think we will be back to this hotel as an option for next trip to bekasi.

GGuest UserEverything was top notch at this beautiful hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the doormen to the maids were super friendly. I had a very outstanding concierge, Yohanes Gema, who helped me with so many things.
Beautiful hotel, food was delicious with a huge breakfasf buffett.
I definitely would return to this hotel again.
Very clean rooms and excellent wifi.

GGuest UserI stayed here with my 2 friends at Twin Room for 1 night. We booked it online and did the payment at hotel. We booked the room without breakfast. Not so expensive for the price. You may find McDonald's at opposite of the hotel. TV channels worked well,spacious bathroom and bed

GGuest Usercoincidentally New Year's here because the location is strategically close to the mall. the service is very good, the employees are friendly and there are a lot of them, it seems like every floor has employees so it's easy to find when you need help. it's a shame when you first arrived you weren't given a welcome drink because maybe the maids were also busy checking in 🤭 three days there, without even being asked right outside the room was cleaned and tidied up, the gym and swimming pool were close by, so when my child was swimming he could be monitored when he left to the gym. it's just a shame for those who use motorbikes to park in the mall area which is quite far away, you have to go to the mall first 😂 next time I will stay here again.

The decor was modern and tasteful, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep throughout my stay. The room had all the amenities I needed, including a well-stocked minibar and a spacious bathroom with a nice selection of toiletries. The room very clean and I felt comfortable staying.
