Our stay at Waldorf Astoria was comfortable. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We received top quality service at every touch point - right from the main door. I especially enjoyed the spa. The team there, Vivian and Kelly did a great job with the welcome and the introduction to the services. This time, I stayed at the Waldorf Hutong Courtyard in Beijing and was very satisfied with it 👍 My husband and I would like to thank our concierge Jeffery, who was very warm and polite and patiently explained to my husband in English. The doorman Will brought water to my husband and me while waiting for the car Thanks to the aunt who helped us with the night bed service, who always greeted us with a smile and took the initiative to help us get the large clothes drying rack and boil water. Our stay benefit included a 30-minute shoulder, neck and back massage for two people. Lily and Angela received us at the spa. The service was very satisfactory! Very relaxing and decompressing! The clothing care machine provided in the room was very useful, and gave my husband a quick care of his suit. In addition, I asked the personal assistant for a latex pillow and a prayer blanket for my husband to pray. The hotel took into account the needs of guests from different cultures and countries, and was very considerate in this regard! Thank you to all the service staff for your dedication and patience! Although it was only one night, it left us with wonderful memories of our first night in Beijing!

Hotel very good location, MRT in front of the hotel easily to get Taxi or train. Staff can call taxi for you. Room was clean and the bed very big, in the winter you must book the room with windows because the air-conditioned in the room can't be lower than 23 degree (in case you feel like need airtime).opposite the hotel have noodles restaurant, bakery shop and fruits , grocery shops, if you walk a little more you will see McDonald's, KFC , New world Shopping mall. Next time I will stay here again.

Location very convenient, room very bright, modern, full of arts and very spacious. Restaurant and lobby very comfortable, beautiful. Breakfast choices a bit not that many. Only defects that I found dirts on the quilt cover, but they changed it immediately after I reported. Very courteous staffs.

Great location, wifi signal can be better. Breakfast buffet must be richer and capacity for people who eat breakfast at the same time must be bigger. Prices are great, gym is well equipped, staff is decent. English language, like everywhere in China is questionable, but everyone are willing to help. I would recommend this hotel to everyone in need of a city center location!

Got introduced to this hotel, which was amazingly good. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just across jinyuhutong metro station. Along the hotel has a lot of eateries options (for guest's hotel booking without breakfast). The room is comfortable enough. This brand will be my 1st choice to consider whenever in China.

The hotel location is fantastic, which can access most of the tourist spots within the metro. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The only stepback is that the hotel decoration is tired and the laundry machine service is expensive. They are charging you differently based on the consuming time! You can reach the hotel by line 2 & 5 and exit H to reach the hotel.

When we originally checked in, we were put into an older tower. The light fixtures were falling out of the ceiling in the bathroom. And the enamel in the bath was coming off and painted. Walls were yellow and rooms were very old and In need of a renovation. We asked to be changed to another room, so they put us into the west wing which was better except that it seemed to be a smoking floor. The stench of cigarette smoke was awful! We were so tired by then we just took it. Front desk staff were nice and spoke English. Breakfast was included for us and had western options as well as many local foods. Convenient location to all the major sites and shopping.

i got lots of help from lin, i checked in late and the process was quick and sound. she gave me usefull information on how to get around from the hotel. the room was clean and spacious i book for 1 room for 5 nights and she help set up the room with the extra bed so that my family of 4 can fit comfortably. my kids was so excited with this hotel even had a bathup and swim. eventough our schedule is tight. thanks lin and sofitel, btw attraction was close by and public transport is close (quojiangmen) sub train station, thanks beijing thanks china and sofitel for the beautiful trip.

Let me say I had the best experience here! I came with my sister and her husband from Trinidad and Tobago. The location is great , the staff are friendly and efficient not to mention caring. The location really really did it for me. In the early morning I could walk two blocks across and I’d be at the gates of the forbidden city ,which is such a beautiful place to see in the early morning without all the crowds. The restaurant next to the hotel is amazing and has the best Beijing duck in Beijing according to reviews . However if u want to eat there go early and make a reservation or do it online .we were lucky we only waited 45 minutes. 齐亚龙 was also super helpful. They have a washer and dryer and one night someone left their clothes in the dryer (so inconsiderate) however we called the staff and they carefully moved the dry clothes into one of their new laundry bags and that allowed us to use the dryer . Over a great experience. The rooms are clean and they give you water , don’t expect a view from the windows but really that isn’t so important when you’re in such a ideal location
