從價格上講，不到200元，這家如家店的位置、環境、設施都還算可以了，但在這個拼軟服務的時代中，如家如果真的想讓客人有回家的感覺，還任重道遠，分享下這次入住的幾個小插曲 1、無身份證入住流程以及解釋話術有待優化: 到酒店時晚上9點50分，主動向前台小姐姐説，沒帶身份證是否可以用駕駛證或者手機照片辦理。前台非常義正言辭的回覆:不可以，因為需要身份證掃系統刷臉。沒帶身份證衹能去派出所辦相關手續 我當時沒有反駁，因為酒店也衹是按要求執行。但前台小姐姐説的需要身份證掃系統這個理由實在太low，因為我去派出所也衹是拿回來一張派出所蓋章的證明紙。不存在必須有身份證掃系統。前台還不如直接説:不好意思，根據要求衹能麻煩您去派出所開證明，請您理解。更容易讓客户接受。 從另外一方面，我在祖國各地住了不少酒店，也有酒店在沒有帶身份證時可以直接通過其他方式刷臉辦入住，這並不是可能，衹不過是有些特殊時期要求比較嚴格，我也能理解。 2、前台專業能力、邏輯能力有待提高 【1】首先，前台跟我確認房型時説我定的是無窗房，但我在攜程上選的是窗外有遮擋的房型。前台又説，房型帶字母的就是無窗房。 我便不再跟前台糾結，直接打電話給攜程客服表示酒店入住説的房型和預訂不符，需要攜程協助核實。然後我就聽見前台在電話裏跟攜程客服斬釘截鐵的説，客人訂的就是無窗房。等前台打完電話又跟我説，她説的無窗就代表是窗外有遮擋。what？這邏輯誰定的，哪個客人能知道？如果真是無窗，幹嘛不直接在攜程上寫無窗，而寫有遮擋呢。 我在拿過房卡的時候跟小姐姐説，建議以後她不要把有遮擋的窗户叫做沒窗户 【2】進房間【418】發現，窗户鎖是壞的，馬上打電話給前台，前台説過會兒讓服務員來修，在等了15分鐘後，沒人來，我又打電話問人什麼時候來，得到回覆是15分鐘之內，之後保安大哥上來了，看了看説修不了，並説內窗沒事，進不了人。what?我説你能代表酒店承諾如果有危險，酒店負全責嗎？保安大哥不高興的説，那你就讓前台換房間 【3】在又等了15分鐘左右，前台讓機器人送來一張新房卡，換房間時發現新房卡刷不開房門。又等了10分鐘，機器人又送來一張新房卡，我從機器人手裡拿房卡的時候發現小姐姐站在不遠的地方看着我，説看看新房卡會不會有問題，我就和小姐姐一起到了新房間，果然，第二張房卡又刷不開，我當時就想，小姐姐跟着機器人上樓這一路還路過新房間，難道就不能提前試一下新房卡再送來麼 【4】在23點40，我中午拿到了新房卡，從到酒店到真正可以休息，過去了2個小時 3、新房間【529】是升級後的零壓大床房，但是靠近牀頭櫃的一側床墊上有一個人性的坑，肯定是所有的客人都睡一側睡出來的，我想換個床墊位置睡也避免不了滾回坑裡。由於實在太累了，就沒在要求重新換房間 總結一下。如家前台在辦理入住以及換房間的整個過程中，完全理解不了客人的心情，不催就沒音，哪怕主動説一句，大概保安多久上樓，新房卡大概多久辦好也不説，我在房間裏就一直傻等。 而攜程客服在接到我第一個確認房型電話後，沒十分鐘來電話確認一次問題解決進度，讓我非常感動
