Hotels near Lidai Diwang Miao (Temple of Previous Dynasties) in Beijing

Nice stay. Staff were fine, bed very comfy and decent size rooms. Key card to get into room and curtains for each bed so safe and private. Good location, only 5 minute walk from a metro station on line 2, or ＜30mins to Behai Park (good for early morning walk). Onsite cafe is nice but very expensive. Could do with another toilet and bigger lockers (the ones in my room only fit a small bag for valuables) but these are'nt major issues. Overall pretty good.

The location of the hotel is within the second ring road. The environment is pretty good. The service is very good and the facilities are very satisfactory. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. Guests will be notified in time when they leave their belongings. They can also store luggage. The room is very clean and has complete facilities. The housekeeper will clean the room every day. There are also free drinks and water. Whatever is needed in the room will be replenished in time. There are many local specialty snacks in Beijing around the hotel, such as Daoxiangcun pastries and Qingfeng Baozi shop. There is also a yogurt shop opposite and a fruit shop. The hotel also has a free laundry room. The light music in the lobby is not bad. There are also fruits, which are delivered by small robots. The meal was very good and highly recommended.

I went to Beijing on New Year's Day and was spoiled for choice in terms of accommodation. Then I booked this place because I thought it would be convenient to eat at Hengji. When I arrived, I immediately felt that I had made the right choice. It's a B&B in an alley. It has a small door, but there's a cave inside. The terrace room I booked was upgraded to a family room with more space. The room was cleaned during the day, it was quiet at night, and the staff in the store were very welcoming. It's right next to Ping'anli subway station and it's very convenient to go anywhere. If I have the opportunity to come to Beijing again in the future, I will book this place~~

The location of the hotel is so closed to the MRT stat - 崇文门，the entrance/exit is just right in-front of the hotel! As it was off-peak season when we visited Beijing, we were upgraded to a Deluxe Suite, which mean there is a separate bedroom with a single bed, on top of a master room with a double bed. We really appreciate the kind act. While I was still at other part of China, I thought of ordering something online and use this hotel as the receiving end, I thought of just checking it out, and to my pleasant surprise, the hotel does provide such service and the staff helpfully guided me on how to do so. After I checked into the hotel and gotten the item I ordered, a few days later, but sadly the item didn't suit me, the hotel again provides the service of allowing the courier staff to go to the counter to collect back the return item. I was amazed by the extreme friendliness and helpfulness of the staff there. All in all, we really enjoyed the service extended to us! It is no doubt hotel staff in China places their guests at top priority, making them feel at home at all times.

The hotel is very good, hygienic and clean, and the service attitude is good. Although the bed 1.1 is a bit small and the room is small and compact, the three of us are not affected. The bedding in the room is neat and comfortable. One pillow seems to be buckwheat and the other is soft. Overall It's still possible, 2 large boxes can be opened and laid flat. Toothpaste, towels, and toiletries are all available. There are no plastic slippers in the bathroom, so you can bring your own, but there are anti-slip mats for use. One bottle of water per person per day. The bed was made and the room was tidied every day. Thank you to the hotel staff. The transportation is convenient. It takes about 4 minutes to get out of Xinjiekou Station on Metro Line 4. The train is 8 stops and 30 minutes away from Beijing South Station to Xinjiekou Station. The Beijing Zoo subway is only 2 stops away. It takes 1.5h to transfer to Beijing Universal Studios on Line 4. Line 1 or 7 is the subway to other places, and Didi Road is also the main road, which is wide and smooth. There is a century-old halal roast duck restaurant ”Ziguangyuan” near the hotel, which is much more delicious than those Internet celebrity roast duck Beijing dishes. If you have time, you can also go to the church near the hotel, which can be passed by on the way to the hotel from the subway. In short, I am very satisfied with my stay at Huali Jiahe Hotel. I have recommended it to my friends and will stay there next time.

Clean and efficient, great location. It’s in a mall so restaurant hunting is much easier! The service at the reception was fast and efficient. Will definitely stay here next time.

The Dongsi Hotel (Dongsi Fandian) is located in central Beijing, with walking distance of Wangfujing Shopping Street and Dongsi Station on Metro Line 5. It's also a short distance from the Forbidden City, Tian'anmen Square and Beijing Railway Station.This Beijing hotel offers standard and business rooms with 24-hour hot water, air-conditioning, TVs and free Internet access.Photocopying, tour services and car parking are also available within the hotel.

Advantages: The hotel is in a good location and covers many business centers. The rooms are very large, the facilities are new, and the interior of the room is relatively spacious and comfortable. Disadvantages: Parking is difficult to find, and the security guard at the door does not provide guidance. In 2024, there are actually luxury hotels that charge deposits, the rooms are weird, you have to pay for extra water, and the wine bar is empty. The exterior glass was so dirty that I couldn't see clearly. Overall comment: The hardware is okay, but the software is poor. Everything is futile. In terms of pure business hotels, it is also at a lower than average level.

I stayed 31 nights during january 2024 at 7 days inn hotel. I chose this hotel because it was very close to the subway, in the center of Beijing and the heating system was good according to the reviews. I changed room the first day so I could have a little bit better room. The previous room had no universal charger and was very dark, the windows in front of a wall. My room was on the first floor, just next to the shared bathroom and to the water dispenser. The room was very big and quiet (unless people talk in the corridor), not a lot of light but some rooms has more sun light than others. No fridge inside but since it was january I put my food outside the windows if I wanted to keep it fresh. If you want to warm some food, you can use the microwage in the commun area but I never used it. The commun area is very close from the entrance door so it was very chilly. The staff was nice but almost no english. They explained to me how to use the washing machine and once the wifi was not working so they helped me. Internet was definetly not very good but I was able to watch youtube with my vpn. I will start now talking about the shared bathroom (which I already knew was shared when booking) but I didn't know the toilet would be squat toilets. I think if I knew before, I wouldn't choose this hotel. There was no lock in the toilets. The shower room has one and was very cold (because winter). The hot water was always there but I took my shower usually in the morning (so less people). The shared bathroom was dirty mostly because of clients that didn't clean after their buisness. There was regulary water on the floor so I was just going with my shoes on at some point. The washing machine was broken the first 2 weeks and then got replaced. I'm still a bit confused if clients can use it or only the staff, but I used it anyway. The area is maybe a bit empty at first but if you go to the Hong Qiao Pearl Market, in the basement there is a big food court where you can try chinese food (or subway and macdonalds). Overall I liked my journey in this hotel but I think it was too expensive for a shared bathroom this old and dirty. I paid 1000 euros for 31 days.

Stay away! The saving grace came from Trip.com which enabled me to terminate our booking without penalty. Awful garbage smell in the room. We checked in at 1am due to late flight arrival. Upon entering the room we we’re concerned about a strange smell in the room. We thought it would go away so we just opened the window. It was late we decided we would ignore the smell but by 6.30 am we couldn’t ignore the foul smell anymore. So we wrote to trip.com to terminate our booking. By 9am we’re ready to check out. At the checkout counter the staff was gracious and friendly and she said our booking was terminated at our request. Just too many faults with this hotel room. Chair needs to be replaced. It easily toppled backwards. Toilet door can’t completely closed. Not sufficient electrical outlets to plug your devices. Curtains are dirty. No hooks in toilet. Only positive staff was friendly.
