對比了北京地鐵沿線的很多家民宿，選定這家，入住後超出預期，非常乾淨，整潔，現代風，有密碼鎖，WiFi，小區像個寫字樓，可能是春節的原因，住着超級安靜！ 自備的一次性旅行用品多數都沒用上，出地鐵天通苑南站A口向南過個天橋，可步行至這裏，天橋的緩坡可推行李箱，旁邊過個馬路就是萬達龍德廣場，吃飯購物超級方便。 一次性且質量很好的:毛巾、浴巾、馬桶墊、牙刷牙膏、木梳、拖鞋、喝水的塑料杯和杯託，紙抽等； 帶品牌的:潔面乳、洗手液、洗髮水、護髮素、沐浴露、吹風機、燒水壺、電視； 我都用了，潔面乳很温和，本人敏感膚質未出現過敏現象，因為這次出門忘帶潔面乳，還想着到旁邊的商場買一個，結果入住後都有，吹風機的風量也很給力，對於長髮很友好，地熱很熱，這個冬天裏晚上不用蓋被子的那種，電視屏幕和聲音都很大，小朋友很喜歡，因為是冬天，冰箱、空調、晾衣架都沒用上不評論； 春節價格¥511比平時多了¥100，不過跟同期同款家庭房民宿對比，價格和房屋條件上已經是相當佔優勢了！ 要硬説缺點嘛，就是這個民宿在五環外，出門去景點需要坐地鐵的時間比較長；好在我家孩子是個軌道交通迷，超級喜歡坐地鐵，自己製作地鐵換乘攻略，住這麼遠，也算是間接滿足孩子了； 孩子很喜歡這裏，打算夏天帶孩子再來北京玩還住這兒。
