Amazing trip, the front desk is so helpful and very friendly, I like all of them and communicate with them freely, therefore I am back here, if ever I’m in Beijing I’ll stay here. Just as the pictures depict it’s an excellent room and ease of travel within the city

I’ve stayed in loads of hotels in China, and never bothered to give a review because you’d expect good service and a clean room. On this occasion all the staff were on point. They were friendly and helpful, no fakery. They genuinely wanted the best for their guests. One outstanding member of staff named Lucy, went above and beyond to help me to get transport and Covid tests. She actually took me to each place and helped me register for the metro station. The best stay in a hotel ever because they’re real people, and not because it’s just a job.Thank you Lucy and all of the staff. You’re awesome.

It was an amazing stay experience at Guomao district, the center of CBD in Beijing. Excellent transport access by metro, bus and even public bikes everywhere. I could have an unforgettable stay in Beijing thanks to this superior geographical location as well as amazing hotel service and amenities. Highly recommended for travelers in Beijing :)

It was my first time to stay at Kaisa. I had a very good experience. The location is convenient. The room is more spacious than a hotel. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are all available. You can wash clothes and cook. It feels like home when traveling with the children. The sewer in the shower room of the room we checked in on the first day was clogged. The front desk opened a separate room next door for us to take a shower in the evening. They also arranged a free upgrade and room change the next day. The service was very considerate and thoughtful. The robot is also very effective in delivering food and express delivery. You don't need to go downstairs to deliver it to the door of your room.

The service was good, and she was very polite from the front desk to the guest room. I met the guest house lady, who enthusiastically and proactively helped me find the room. The room was newly decorated and cleaned very clean. The zero-pressure mattress was comfortable to lie on. As soon as I entered the room, there were four neat and tidy rooms. There are free bottles of mineral water, tea bags, and a desk. It is convenient for working, with complete facilities and equipment. The room is well soundproofed. There are washing machines, dryers, clothes irons, etc. It is very convenient to wash clothes, and there is laundry detergent. The packaged small bottles are environmentally friendly and hygienic. When you order a takeaway, the robot will deliver it directly to the door of your room. The little robot is very interesting and very trouble-free. This location is convenient for going anywhere. It only takes eight or nine minutes to walk by subway. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. Go directly to the hotel entrance. There are many shopping malls around, especially near Heshenghui. There are many delicious food inside. There is a good food court on the first floor, which is full of delicious food. Anyway, it is cost-effective and highly recommended!

We recently stayed here for two nights whilst getting married in Beijing, to say we were treated is an understatement. Our room was upgraded as soon as the lovely staff heard about the occasion; they’d organized for some beautiful decorations to be laid out on our bed and instantly we knew we’d made the right decision. The following day after our marriage ceremony we had an incredible afternoon tea in The Lounge. But, before this two incredible employees (Daisy and Barbie) helped us take some wedding day pictures around the hotel, they made us feel so welcome and important, they suggested brilliant places to take pictures around the grounds and we took a couple with them too so we could remember the experience. We went out for a meal that evening and expected to come back to our beautiful hotel room and enjoy some champagne our friends had bought us. Upon return we were blown away, the staff had laid out the most beautiful arrangement in our hotel room, with printed and framed pictures that Barbie and Daisy had taken earlier in the day, a bottle of champagne on ice, a cheese and meat platter and most thoughtfully, a hand written card signed by all of the front of house staff. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, they made our trip incredibly memorable and every moment in their staff’s presence was a pleasure. Thank you to all of the staff at the Ritz-Carlton Beijing! Room is quite tiny but it’s alright. The room has a smart system; so lights and curtains can be turned off via voice control. You can also request for items via voice control, and it’ll be sent up by a bot. Food deliveries are dropped off at the hotel lobby. For parcel deliveries you’ll have to give reception your phone number (that is stated on the postage sticker on your parcel), and they will retrieve it for you. The hotel provides 2 bottles of water a day for free… but if you need more you can ask. Basement has a gym and laundry area. The hotel provides free detergent; you’ll have to ask reception for it— just don’t be an inconsiderate person that hogs the washing machines for more than 1 normal wash cycle (I saw someone turn on a 4 hour wash). In the lobby there’s a microwave so it’s great if you have food that need to be warmed up. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the nearest metro station. There’s food eateries and convenience stores nearby. Next to the hotel there’s a bar but I don’t recommend eating there; the food isn’t good. WiFi connection isn’t high-speed (at least from my room), but it’s okay. There’s a very lovey coffee place (that operates as a bar at night) named DAO that’s 5 minutes away. Hotel employees were lovely and helpful. The aunties that do housekeeping were friendly and caring. Overall it’s a great stay.

Big and beautiful hotel Shopping mall and business centre very nearby. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Very helpful staff. Strongly recommend.

A bit aside the main area for tourists, clean room and really good breakfast. It is not a really new hotel but we’ll maintained and convenient . Would recommend
