Hotels in Daxing Airpot, Beijing

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Hotel Beijing Daxing Airport with our children. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Special thanks to Michael and Sally— they were incredibly kind and professional. They arranged early check-in, which was a huge help after a long journey with kids. Thanks to them, we had time to relax and enjoy the pool, which our children absolutely loved. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything about the hotel — from the friendly staff to the modern facilities — made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling through Daxing Airport!

liked it more this time than March 21. There was a room with a window. But that's not what matters, but the fact that there was silence. For the first time, upon arrival in Beijing, we checked into the room (I paid for a day), but we stayed there for only 6 hours. So, then the cleaners constantly slammed the neighboring doors all the time, it was very loud and unpleasant. I went out and asked them to be quieter. This time I told the administrator the problem with the cleaners. The administrator promised that there would be silence, he kept his word. The room is compact, but very comfortable. Thank you

Free airport pickup and dropoff service is very helpful. Clean and quiet room. Water service. Fast internet. All good all good!!! The staff tried hard to talk using WeChat translate. You can just ask someone at the airport to help on call with them if there’s issue. One cozy night for transit in Beijing, this hotel is highly recommended!!

The hotel was very nice with a great location near PKX airport. The hotel description isn't very obvious, but the shuttle is on the lowest floor, near door 15. The shuttles run 24/7, every :15 and :45 from the airport.

The checkin was smooth and efficient. When we arrived, there was someone there immediately to pick up our bags, and checkin at the counter was quick. Altho we were about an hr early, we were given a room immediately. When I went back to the front desk to ask for another key since my daughter had taken the only key we were given, the service was friendly and quick.  Food at the only outlet was good / tasty but the decor was spartan. Not a nice or conducive place to enjoy a meal.  In the evening, on the way back from dinner at the airport terminal (”grandma” restaurant was good), I went to the concierge and there were 3 men there, and none of them was helpful. I had read about a complimentary buggy ride to the entrance of the airport terminal (about 300m away from the hotel) but I was told no. They said I could take the trolley they happen to have. If I do not take it now, they cannot guarantee it will be available in the morning. So much for good service. That was terrible. I called the operator later in the evening to ask about the gym. She was friendly and helpful. So I decided to ask her about the buggy ride to the airport terminal. She said yes it is available and free, and I should approach the concierge. I told her I did and thank her. The gym was decent. Spacious and well equipped. The next morning, a much friendlier guy was there when we checked out. When he saw us, we didn't even get a chance to ask, he immediately offered to take us to the terminal and he grabbed our luggage to wheel them to the buggy. Of course, we were pleased and appreciative. Later on, I had to double back to the hotel because I left my medication in the hotel room fridge. The same concierge or bellboy was there to help transport me back to the terminal.  Well, would we stay there again? Probably not if we have another choice, but we would if needed. 

We arrived at the hotel around 1:00 AM after a long flight, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. The airport shuttle picked us up promptly and brought us straight to the hotel with no hassle. Check-in was quick, and we were in our room within minutes. The room itself was modern, spotless, and very comfortable,exactly what we needed after a long journey. Everything worked perfectly, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay for a layover. Highly recommended for anyone needing a reliable and comfortable airport hotel.

The service provided by the reception desk is excellent, and each staff member is very helpful (for example, helping customers carry luggage to the vehicle and assigned room). The room is very new, quiet and clean. Good ambient lighting and cool air conditioning. Family accommodation and business travel are recommended for overnight pick-up and drop-off at the airport. 接待處提供的服務非常好，每個工作人員都非常樂於助人（例如，幫助客戶將行李提到接送車和指定房間） 房間很新，安靜又幹淨。 良好的環境照明和涼爽的冷氣機。 建議家庭住宿和商務旅行在機場過夜接送。

Excellent service from the front desk receptionist Miss Luo Qin and Miss White King Lotus (they exchanged the hotel WeChat to communicate with me). Beautiful room and excellent breakfast plus gym and laundry available for free. Also shuttle but from/to the airport for free

Liked the hotel. Got free late check out which was very convenient for my late flight (2pm check out). Room is spacious. Toilet and shower are separated, no glass walls, private for china, if you know what i mean. Had very good sleep. Carpet was not very clean. And i had late arrival, around 1am, need to wait for shuttle bus about 40 mins, but i have comf minivan.

Stuff was very caring and polite, even they didn't speak English. But thanks for trying help me. I wanted to visit city centre so they let me use transfer to airport and back for free for getting a subway. It's really close to the Daxing airport and you can rest here waiting for the next flight. But unfortunately my room was very dirty. I heard that some airlines book hotels near airports for cabin crew resting between flights. So I think someone was staying in my room before me for short time and the room wasn't cleaned after it. Because there were long dark hair in bathroom, on the towels and one of two beds was marked by tone cream (3 photo). Good for me there was another clean bed , so I didn't have to argue and change room — I stayed less than 24h so I didn't want spent my time in Beijing on scandals. But honestly, I expected more for 370¥ per night. So I think in my next trip to China I won't choose this hotel again. Administration, please pay attention to cleanliness and quality of cleaning! Thank you.
