Hotels in Qianmen, The Temple Of Heaven and Chongwenmen, Beijing

Very well located hotel and very pleasant staff. I was lucky enough to be upgraded. The room was clean and spacious. You can leave your luggage at reception after check-out. Plenty of restaurants and small stores around, 5 min walk from the nearest metro station. The street is not accessible by car, but I had no difficulty finding the hotel. I recommend this hotel with my eyes closed!

Stayed at Xingyi during my recent trip to Beijing and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Hotel is well-located, offering easy access to major attractions like the Temple of Heaven. Room was clean. Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous manner. Especially appreciated the assistance provided by Leon and Summer. Breakfast was simple and okay. I also noticed that the staffs took great care in keeping public spaces tidy and welcoming. Overall, I would be happy to return on a future visit.

I had a wonderful stay at RIGHT HOTEL BEIJING GUOMAO JINSONG! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the subway station, which made getting around Beijing very easy. There are also plenty of food spots nearby, from local eateries to international restaurants, so I was never short on dining options. The Japanese-style Tatami Queen Room was spotlessly clean and tidied up every single day, which made the stay extra comfortable. The breakfast was хүрэлцээтэй (abundant) and delicious — a great way to start each morning! The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Beijing. Great location, great service, and great value!

Amazing location right in front of Qianmen 前门, very clean, great facilities. Excellent service, everyone here was so nice and proactively helpful👍🏼. Highlight definitely is the courtyards and the style of the rooms if you will - what a unique experience✨. Only feedback for improvement is that a) trouble with phone signal for text messages/data in the rooms and b) slightly challenge connecting to wifi because you needed the text message verification...but don't forget you have trouble with phone signal🙄 ... but once it was sorted it was fine. (Also, however, apparently this may have something to do with the location being so close to Tiananmen Square?) And finally - if anyone is coming from overseas, we had trouble paying with foreign credit card as their machine was broken - and ended up having to pay with Alipay (3% international card fee for payments ＞ 200 RMB), but the staff's attitude was really nice. Hopefully they fix their foreign credit card machine 😅

We booked the Teddy room and initially the room smelled cigarette eventhough it is supposed to be a non smoking room. We reported to staff and found out it is because of the open window and smokers smoke is going in to the room because of that. After this mishap was dealt with, we had smooth stay in this hotel. The breakfast is good, but what really amazed us is the robot waiter which is cute, the Forbidden city view on the 8th floor and the proximity to Wangfujing street! 4/5 recommended

My first time at Beijing and our whole trip was very smooth. Among the trip plan, the most satisfying thing is staying at this hotel. First of all, It is at the perfect location ( just go out the hotel and it is a famous pedestrian street where several Micheline restaurants are located and if you go north, there are numerous attractions places. Zhushikou Metro exit A is just 2 minutes walk.) The employees at front desk are pretty and very helpful. The rooms are very clean and smell nice. Even the aisle between the rooms are very beautifully decorated. And the last, the price is the best. I bet you can't find a hotel like this anywhere in Beijing with such affordable price for a few days trip. I would definitely stay here again if I ever happen to come Beijing in the future.

When you enter the hotel, you see a beautiful lobby and reception. You are delighted with the decor of the restaurant and shops. However, when you get to the room, the charm is gone. You see dirty walls, dirty carpet, poor decor from years ago. We booked a room that was supposed to be shaded, the so-called sunshade room. We thought we would get one that was on the north side and would not be directly exposed to the sun, but it turned out that we got a room with a view of the wall from the tennis court. No matter how you look at it, it was shaded as in the description :-( . The hotel service was good, breakfasts with a large selection of dishes and tasty. Clean bathrooms. Bed linen and towels changed every day. The swimming pool in the hotel is small, without additional attractions, you have to buy a hair cap if you do not have your own, because you are not allowed to swim without a cap. There are several restaurants in the hotel, but I do not recommend the Japanese one, because I think you can only eat sushi there. After reading the menu, we left. On the other hand, the Bavarian restaurant serves delicious food and drinks.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tongpai. Near metro, just across the street. The metro also connects to a shopping center across the hotel. Good location, easy to go anywhere. We didn't take the breakfast but there are some nice shops selling breakfast around the neighbourhood. Connected to shopping center at level 5. Although it was rather cold in April, the room temperature was just right. All basic amenities available, clean and very value for money. A lot of international crowd. Everything was perfect! 👍👍

Stayed with a smaller hotel before this hotel so had a benchmark. Was surprise that for the price paid, service was not that good compared smaller hotel. Stuffy room, no robot to deliver takeaway food to your room (collection point is location outside the main door). Felt that it is not suitable for family with young kids. Walkable distance to Wangfujing Main Street but there are also other hotels that are walkable to the main Wangfujing street too.

It was definitely a nice stay over here along the three nights. *About the check in service* I booked the hotel for 29/10 until 1/11. The check in time was supposed after 2pm or 3pm I forgot. But we arrived earlier in the morning, we planned to put our luggage first. But then they have available room at the moment so they let us checked in earlier. *About breakfast* The breakfast shop collaborated with them is nice. The food is good and suits our taste (we are from Malaysia). Ps: breakfast service depends on the package you bought. *staff* All the staffs are friendly.
