Hotels in East Second Ring Workers' Stadium Area, Beijing

The place was in massive need of renovation, the drains were smelly and taking a shower in this bathroom made me feel dirtier than before the shower. Saying that, the location was very close to my bus pickup for the great wall. And the staff were absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and very helpful, they gave me a free room upgrade to a bigger room as I had so much luggage and they also kept a luggage for me for three days for free. If I was ranking based on the staff only, I would give them 5 starts.

I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel and I always get a good rest after a long day of going around. The room is quiet and clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast has a variety to choose from as well. The hotel is around 15mins walk to Dongzhimen Station, it is also where you can take the Capital AirPort Express.

So far very satisfied with this apartment, the owner provides complete directions to the location, how to enter the apartment. The environment in this apartment building is safe, not noisy and I feel comfortable going in and out of the apartment. The apartment area is very large for a price that is still affordable for the area. Complaints about a slightly damaged door were responded to quickly by the owner and immediately repaired when we arrived. . Beds, towels and toiletries are complete like hotel standards and even exceed their completeness. It's just that there are no kitchen utensils, only paper cups are provided. Microwave and small stove are available. . The location is very close to supermarkets, small malls and not too far from the Sanlitun area. My conclusion is that I highly recommend this apartment.

There's nearby mall and train station. Giving 5 stars as all the staff in the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful . Especially the laundry lady and the concierge manning the taobao package area. However, its time for the amenities in the room to be upgraded ... The kettle, hair dryer and pillows were all so old Did not have comfortable sleep with those pillows

I had a wonderful stay at Live Fortuna Hotel Beijing. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The check-in counter staff were warm, welcoming, and efficient, making the whole process smooth and pleasant. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel truly taken care of. The baggage deposit staff were equally helpful and attentive, handling everything with professionalism and a smile. It gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were in good hands. Special mention also goes to the cleaning crew. My room was kept spotless throughout my stay, with thoughtful touches that made it extra comfortable. Their hard work and attention to detail really showed. Overall, Live Fortuna Hotel Beijing impressed me not just with its facilities but with the excellent service provided by its staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing and look forward to staying again in the future.p

The hotel felt quite new and the beds were comfortable. The location was also great, making it easy to get around. Breakfast was included, though I didn't get a chance to try it as I overslept. They even gave me a complimentary room upgrade! Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

Recently stayed at this hotel and the experience was excellent. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the city center, convenient transportation, surrounding dining, shopping, entertainment facilities are available. The rooms are spacious, bright and well equipped, and the beds are soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is clean and equipped with high quality toiletries. The hospitality and friendly staff make you feel at home, both at the front desk and in the room service.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Taikoo Li, with plenty of great dining options nearby. The hotel was also very clean. When I requested bottled water, a staff member kindly provided two extra bottles free of charge. The service was outstanding. The facilities are quite impressive; both the rooms and the lobby are well-maintained. What's more, there's a free laundry room with dryers and a well-equipped gym on the fifth floor. Breakfast was also quite good, offering a delightful mix of Western and Chinese options, including coffee and milk. The generous breakfast hours meant I could still enjoy a meal even if I woke up late. Both the front desk staff and housekeeping were incredibly helpful and accommodating; they were usually able to provide whatever I needed. This is hands down one of the best value-for-money hotels I've stayed at in Beijing. Transportation is also super convenient, with two subway stations nearby. When I struggled to find a subway exit, I called the staff, and they promptly guided me. Next time I'm in Beijing, this hotel will definitely be my top choice again – it's both convenient and offers excellent value. Parking is available for a fee, but fortunately, I didn't drive this time around! 🤭🤭

What an absolutely fantastic stay! Upon entering my initial room, I found it a bit noisy. After reporting this to the front desk, a staff member promptly helped me switch rooms. The entire process was handled efficiently and thoughtfully, and the staff were incredibly polite, showing no signs of impatience. The new room was quiet, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The hotel's service truly is five-star quality. Their attention to detail was impeccable, making my stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to the area!

This hotel had both really good things and really bad things that make it hard for me to rate. Pros: The breakfast was amazing, extremely varied, a ton of options, delicious. The room was clean and modern, the bed comfortable. One of the nicest rooms I stayed in in China and definitely the best breakfast. It is big and easy to find with attentive staff. The location is fantastic, less than a block from the metro. Cons: I paid more for a room with a patio window thinking it would help with jet lag to have some natural light but the window in our room was covered with cardboard from the outside so it was exactly the same as not having a window. It was covered with cardboard because they were doing construction on the area of the hotel they put us in which I found really strange. There were tarps and drapes and dust everywhere, sometimes construction material blocking the door to the hallway, lots of noise (only during the day). The hotel is huge and has several buildings, I really don’t think it’s appropriate to put guests in an area that’s under construction. It was not well insulated and we could hear other guests who woke us up at night. The WiFi didn’t reach the room. The first day there was a network with our room number but after the first day it disappeared and we could only connect in the lobby. On the last night the bathroom smelled really strongly of tabaco. I think the bathrooms are connected by a vent and someone was smoking in their bathroom. Finally, they gave us a towel that was full of holes and should be thrown out.
