Beijing Haidian District Hotels

Very close to North Square of Beijing West Station with 5 mins walk to Beijing subway line 7(direct to universal resort) and High Speed Rail Entrance gate. Located in same building complex with shopping mall with plenty of restaurants(include 2 halal restaurants) and a food court available. Staffs do not speak English well and communication were mostly thru translation but they are helpful with services, so don't hesitate to reach out for help. *Get on the pedestrian bridge and turn to your right and climb down the stairs or escalator. hotel are right after the corner. I am not requesting room cleaning daily but housekeeping still providing 2 water bottles every day and replacing the used towel in your room and does some cleaning. Many complaining in review about hot room and centralized air conditioning but my room is all fine, not hot at all. As well the slippery bathroom floor but hotel provided shower mat which helped a lot to prevent slip during showering. Only complaint would be the room allocated to me was to deep into the building that my phone can't reached for line at all. I'm not using VPN so hotel wifi not helping. Guess no choice as I booked for room with no window but if possible, try request to not have room 2027/2025 or booked room with window instead. Certainly deserved a consideration if you wish to stay near to Beijing West Station! I would return to same hotel for next trip to Beijing in the future.

The place was clean and the service was good. Especially, the receptionists could speak English which was really helpful for a non Chinese speaker. I would like to visit again!

It was really nice hotel with good service. I stayed with two young children and they enjoyed a lot too. The younger one left the teeth retainer during the breakfast service and lost it. We thought we lost the retainer completely, but finally found it with the help of stuff members. Thank you very much. It was nice to have rice porridge and coffee. I will definitely stay again when we come to Beijing next time. Warm sleeping mask was awesome too. Thank you.

This is one of the best hotels I stayed for this price. May be for tourism is not a classic or ideal location but for business this is the best thing. Everything was fine, the bathroom was impressive.

Overall it’s a place to stay when traveling in Beijing, the location is good, it’s more like a lower end hotel but a bit pricey, understandably as it is in Beijing. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, there are several restaurants nearby.

This is my third stay. The hotel is clean and the facilities are newer. I was seeing a doctor in 301. I didn't know if I needed to be hospitalized this time. I didn't make an appointment for enough days and had difficulty renewing my room. Ms. Wang Yuting helped me apply for a solution and upgraded the room. She also gave me gifts. I felt warm when I was away from home. I will patronize again next time👌

The conditions are average, especially the bathroom. The water from the shower is small and there is no dry and wet separation. The bed is comfortable. The location is not bad, close to the mall, within 10 minutes walk.

This stay really exceeded my expectations. I originally booked a room without window, but the front desk upgraded it to a room with window for free. The stay experience was great. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The lobby is bright, the room is quiet, and the soundproofing is good for a good sleep. Facilities: complete and easy to use, Service: the staff is nice, polite, and considerate. Hygiene: the cleaning is very detailed, there is nothing wrong with it, it is clean and fresh. The most comfortable place I have ever stayed on a business trip! Environment: clean and not noisy. Check-in and check-out are fast.

I came to unlock the new store today. I was so immersed in it that I didn’t have time to take pictures. It was very clean! ! The environment is very good and the staff are super enthusiastic!
