Beijing Dongcheng District Hotels

Very well located hotel and very pleasant staff. I was lucky enough to be upgraded. The room was clean and spacious. You can leave your luggage at reception after check-out. Plenty of restaurants and small stores around, 5 min walk from the nearest metro station. The street is not accessible by car, but I had no difficulty finding the hotel. I recommend this hotel with my eyes closed!

The Hotel is at a great location and near to Central Beijing. Lot of restaurants and stores nearby so a very convenient place. The staff was great and we really enjoyed our stay there. The food was also great and lot of varieties for everyone! Definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Beijing.

Hotel is located just in the Wangfujing Shopping Center, and just across APM where lot of shopping stores and varios and good restaurants. You will never disappointed to stay over here. I've got a single bed room type, lucky that got a window that i could feel comfortable to see outside view. The room is clean and well designed, what I like the most is the toilet that it keeps warm in which you dont feel awake when using it in the middle of the night. The services also good, the room is very clean and they changed the towel and keep you room clean everyday. The staff is nice and welcome even a little bit of language barrier but they is willing to help you when asked.

Hotel is located conveniently near to Chaoyangmen Station Exit E. However the hotel has 3-4 different blocks, and the restaurant for breakfast dining is located in another block, and there is no sheltered walkways to cross over. The dining area is also ill-equipped to deal with the crowd size in the early morning for breakfast buffet, which requires queuing up and diners may feel rushed when dining in. Cleanliness is good enough. Service from receptionist and staff were also good. Facilities are okay, the corridor to the hotel room is poorly lit, and the room size is smaller than expected. There is no luggage rack to put my luggage except on the small stool or on the bed. There is also no fridge and the room temperature is fixed - the thermostat shows 20 celsius but it feels like 25 to 26 celsius instead. Had to open the windows to cool the room temperature. Overall, reasonably pleasant experience if looking from a location and service perspective. 

My family loved and will miss this hotel so much and overall made our trip so memorable and wonderful. It's not a 5 star hotel though as we were looking for a good location local warm feel. Our family theme room were nice and clean with provided slippers is a really awesome thought. Staff were very helpful and the free supper every night is a plus point why you should pick this hotel. The breakfast were good too but everyday same for 8 days were a bit bored so we decided sometimes to eat out as well. They provide good food for lunch and dinner as well as the famous Beijing duck is equivalent as good as outside any restaurant yet cheap. Hotel also provides free laundry. All I can say is this hotel boss is very generous and Yes definitely will come back to stay again shall we visit Beijing in the coming future. 😁

Location: very good on Wangfujing road (close to APM shopping mall). Jinyu Hutong Metro is only around 400m.  Room: Nice. Bed was comfortable. Free water bottles and Laundry.  Service: very good.  Everything was perfect except the temperature inside the room was set at 26 degrees which made the room was very hot.  The hotel supplied a fan for us and advised us to open the window as nothing they could do with the temperature. Yes, I would recommend this hotel.

Having stayed in so many hotels, this one really made my eyes shine! The hotel facilities are quite complete, and you can feel the care in every place. There is an intelligent voice in the room, which can turn on and off the lights and adjust the air conditioner by shouting, and the sense of technology is directly full. The smart toilet has improved the living experience, and the various functions are super intimate. What surprised me most was that there were endless water and drinks. You could get a bottle whenever you wanted. It was so cool. Moreover, there are also robots delivering takeaways, which are both interesting and efficient. There is no fear of wrong delivery or loss of takeaways. The service here is also excellent. It will respond to your request. The staff is kind and professional, and it feels as comfortable as at home. I must praise it. I will come again next time!

I arrived early in the morning feeling exhausted and didn’t expect to be able to check in yet. I was planning to rest in the hotel’s restaurant while waiting, but to my surprise, the staff offered me a room just 40 minutes later as the previous guests had checked out and they needed a bit of time to clean up. This small act of kindness meant so much — I got to freshen up and take a nap before starting my trip in Beijing, which made a big difference. I’ve never experienced this kind of thoughtfulness before (maybe just an hour earlier at best). Because of this, I chose to stay here again after returning to Beijing from other cities. Most importantly, the staff have been consistently helpful and friendly — it truly made the place feel like home.

Conveniently located in the eastern inner quarter of old Beijing. Nearby is the Shijia Hutong Museum, recommended for those who want to have an understanding of Hutong history and the courtyard houses. Some plus and minuses, there is a self service laundry room however the twelve oldd washing machines and dryers are fully utilized in the evening. So choose your laundry time wisely. One of the dryer was down but left unrepaired. Eateries, catering to the local residents and tourists alike are conveniently located. The hotel staff is generally polite helpful and friendly.

I highly recommend this unique and incredibly maintained hotel. My room was just perfect for me featuring a super comfy bed, a lounging chair and coffee/tea table. The toiletries were of very good quality. My room was refreshed daily with clean towels and bottled water. The atmosphere of the restaurant area and roof top garden area made me feel like I was whisked away to a tropical oasis….complimented by the amazing hospitality of the staff, notable Murphy and Lee da Nee. A special thank you to Murphy who assisted with event reservations and helping me to navigate my way around Beijing! I will definitely book there again on my next trip to Beijing!
