Since the checkin we were handled by a young lady name Li Ruo Tong, she is very suitable in the frontline with a warm hospitality, indeed very helpful, assist us with express check-in proces, expedite and explain everything well. We are grateful that your frontliner have an excellent service attitude. This hotel is recommended for travellers to Beijing with accessible prime locations, we are group of 3 families with infants, had an enjoyable stays. The room always get clean, tidy and neat everyday. Cleaning level 100%. Most important is this Hotel connected to Shopping Malls. Very well done for this hotel. Hopefully keep up the standard as always. Thank you.

One of the best parts of our trip was staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel. Here’s what made it onto my “top highlights” list: • The metro station is just 300 meters away — very convenient. • The surroundings are clean and well-maintained. • There is a small mall right next to the hotel. • The mall has a supermarket on the lower level, and there’s a 7 Fresh grocery market next to the metro station. Also, a convenience store is located right next to the hotel. • The area around the hotel is filled with dining options: fast food chains like Domino’s Pizza, KFC, McDonald’s; plenty of local restaurants and eateries, a Starbucks, and three local coffee shops. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options and excellent service. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Room for improvement: The carpet in the room was a bit worn and could use updating.

It's pretty good. The room is very quiet, and the auntie is also very nice and will actively clean. There is a laundry room where you can do your own laundry. Special thanks to the front desk lady for being very nice. She first upgraded our room, and then changed it for us early when we changed rooms. The service is very good, which facilitates our accommodation and travel. I brought my mother to Beijing for medical treatment, and this stay was really very, very comfortable!

The room is so nice! The hotel is right behind the MRT station, but if you travel with large luggage consider go by taxi/grab since the station doesn't have any lift. Hotel is just 2-3 stations away from the attractions like Forbidden City, Qianmen street. The receptionist was super nice, i got some issues with my plane ticket, they helped me to contact the airline hotline since my sim is data only. Highly recommend. One minus was there's hardly any food stall around, the nearest convenient store is 15min walk away.

Very friendly staff and great convenience to have free anomalies (paper towels, face masks etc) in the lobby. Breakfast was good and well-stocked. The hotel allowed us a late check-out at no additional cost because the room was not needed immediately. Free early morning & late night snack was a nice touch, even if the offering is rather simple. I would go here again!

Very satisfied. The location is very good and convenient. The Bird's Nest can be reached in half an hour. It is also convenient to go to other places. The hotel environment is very good. Free umbrellas are provided when it rains. I will stay here again next time.

Location is good just beside all eateries, which is halal. However, there is a distance to the nearest metro station line 19. You may need to change a few metro lines in order to reach the tourist area/spots. Counter customer service is average and not very friendly. Washing machine & dryer is available. Clothes steamer is not available in the laundry room. Initially, they told us not to be available. However, when we informed that it was written available in the app, then only they took time to find a broken clothes steamer for us. We have to bear with it for a week.

It was definitely a nice stay over here along the three nights. *About the check in service* I booked the hotel for 29/10 until 1/11. The check in time was supposed after 2pm or 3pm I forgot. But we arrived earlier in the morning, we planned to put our luggage first. But then they have available room at the moment so they let us checked in earlier. *About breakfast* The breakfast shop collaborated with them is nice. The food is good and suits our taste (we are from Malaysia). Ps: breakfast service depends on the package you bought. *staff* All the staffs are friendly.
