GGuest UserBecause we had previously arranged a private tour with a guide, we couldn't agree on a hotel a week before departure, so we decided to go on an independent trip. We discovered this hotel two days before departure and booked it because it was newly renovated and had better facilities. The front desk lady checked us in, and after we unloaded our belongings, our family and I reviewed it, saying we were a steal. The service, the environment, the location, and the new facilities were excellent. 👍 But all our good feelings were ruined by the man on the night shift. The first time, on the 28th, a little after 8:00 AM, I asked the man to help me take clothes out of the dryer to avoid tying it up. He said, ”Don't you think it's time to use it now?” I was stunned. ”Why not just say there are other guests sleeping?” I replied. The second time, because we didn't get tickets for the Mao Zedong Memorial Hall on the 1st, and only my dad had the senior entrance, we sent someone to take him there. When we came back, we asked the man which entrance was the most convenient. He replied, ”Whichever way you want to go?” My husband said the navigation said west, and the man said, ”Just follow the directions.” The third time, after checking out. On the last night before yesterday, my mother and I went out shopping and returned at 9:00. Because each room is equipped with only one room card, which is reserved for children and elders in the room to sleep, we did not pull it out when we left. When we returned, we asked him to help open the door to the front desk. He first asked where we were from. I told him the room number and told him that the people inside were sleeping and did not pull out the room card. Then he said that he had new guests to check in and said to us, ”Since someone is sleeping, ask them to come out and open the door for you.”... I can understand that working the night shift is hard and the mood is not good, but the brother and the little sister are simply incomparable. The experience is greatly reduced! In addition, the cleaning lady is also very kind and friendly 🩷
