房間圍着小院子，冬天穿行不同房間會較冷。
餐桌較小，真按房間住滿人，會比較擁擠。
廚房垃圾桶太小，沒找到垃圾袋。
衞生間水壓有點不穩，房間睡覺可以，床單被罩都挺酥。
步行到水庫很近。總體性價比還行

週末朋友們一起來這裏度個週末，房東很熱情，小院兒房間收拾的很乾凈，有 ktv,棋牌室，還能泡温泉♨️值得一提的是房東拿手的烤全羊，味道真的超棒

房間乾淨，漂亮，性價比超高！做飯方便，廚房用具很齊全，還有一個超大滑梯和鞦韆，遊戲機，孩子可以玩！院中有一個大的恆温泳池，很不錯。還有麻將機，ktv的音效尤其不錯，房東很熱情，周邊就是紅螺寺，開車6分鐘就到了，非常近！

小院很新，房東很熱情，一家老小在這裏過年，大家都很滿意。帶着八十歲的爺爺過年，房東把地暖燒的熱熱的，長者覺得一點也不冷。有需求就和房東説他會盡力滿足。院裏的旋轉滑梯是孩子們的最愛，雖然是冬天但也玩的不亦樂乎！麻將KTV也是齊全，周邊方便，距懷柔萬達、雁棲湖也就十幾分鍾，馬路對面有個商店，東西很全。總之，家裡人很滿意，謝謝老闆我們度過了一個愉快的春節，玩的都忘記拍照了

我們一行七家，帶了七個孩子。大家對小院都非常滿意，泳池老早給準備好水，孩子們來了就都下水玩了，玩了足足半天！房東給提供了一大桶飲用水，足夠喝！晚上烤串炭和爐子都是房東提供的，我們也操作的非常成功！
KTV，麻將桌，遊戲機，大滑梯，應有盡有！

小院很乾凈，每個房間都很寬敞整潔
Ktv很贊，還有滑梯，大人唱歌，孩子們一直上上下下爬滑梯
廚房餐具都很齊全，我們火鍋燒烤都沒有耽誤
燒烤爐子很長很方便
等着夏天再來就能玩院子的泳池
小院附近買東西也很方便
老闆很熱情，有求必應
總之大人孩子都很開心

入住體驗真的特別贊，基本上這幾年每年都會包個三五次民宿小院和朋友們一起聚，這家絕對可以排到住過的民宿前三名了。門口車位充足，6個房間6個車位，而且緊鄰馬路，非常好找。民宿門口旁邊就是超市，貨品充足。游泳池可加熱，根據不同天氣設定加熱時間，不會因為天氣不好導致無法玩水，這點特別贊。娛樂房和餐廳分隔在兩個房間，孩子盡情玩，大人敞開聊，互不影響。房間內非常乾淨，衞生間都是高科技帶感，多種房型一應俱全，亦可同時滿足二胎三胎家庭，晚上院子裏的燈帶很漂亮。非常帶財運和好運的小院，會引來燕子築巢，老闆回覆神速，此次入住特別滿意。

房東很熱情，離市區中心開車也就1個小時就到了，非常方便！房間非常漂亮，舒適，整潔。有ktv房和麻將機，可以隨便玩，最意外的是院子中間還有一個大恆温泳池，這天氣在裏面泡着真是舒服！還有一個超大滑梯，有2米多高，有小朋友的超推薦，二層還有木屋，真是不錯！周邊還有紅螺寺，慕田峪長城，開車也就10分鐘就到了，太方便了！
