設施：窗簾、開關燈、開關電視都可以通過小度智能控制。床的兩側都有開關燈、窗簾的按鍵，有兩頭、三頭插孔，USB、C-type的插口。
衞生：OK的。住了4晚，每天打掃房間，也會定時更換床套、被套、枕頭套。
環境：挺安靜的。房間面向小區裏面，沒有車來車往的聲音。住了4晚，沒有聽到隔壁房間一點一點的聲音。距離北京動物園北門、北京海洋公園一街之隔。
服務：前台態度很好。入住前電話確認入住時間。我們外出回來會打招呼。

到這酒店辦理入住的時候，這酒店前台女服務員各種忽悠，軟磨硬泡強迫客人辦理他們酒店會員，説直接在他們這預訂比攜程優惠便宜，説的天花亂墜各種優惠送早餐什麼的，結果花了219辦了會員之後，酒店前台翻臉不認人，態度極差（除了戴眼鏡的男服務員之外）這酒店從上到下毫無素質修養可言
去吃早餐時，餐廳大媽態度惡劣，這酒店餐廳非常小，衹有6張桌子，早餐時間説是7～10點，9點去就開始收餐了，根本沒有吃的了，一直趕客人走，早上7點多鐘去又沒有位置，餐廳大媽一副事不關己高高在上的樣子，説讓我自己去跟別的客人拼桌？ 意思就是讓我直接坐過去？這個行為我屬實接受不了，毫無素質修養可言
最可怕的就是衞生問題，酒店環境極差 ，吃到一半發現有蒼蠅蚊子，太噁心了。
酒店牀頭櫃也是是壞的，手機放上去掉下來幾次，沒有辦法，衹能自己用東西墊起來 。
酒店衹有一個機器人，送東西和外賣送餐什麼的，都要等一個小時以上，有一次實在等得太久，我打電話去問，前台居然説忘了，呵呵，好笑吧？沒有辦法，衹能自己下去拿。
入住期間需要紙巾棉簽啥的，都要等一個小時以上，正常來説酒店員工每天都會補齊客人所需要的東西吧？這個酒店沒有任何服務可言
浴室連個掛衣服的地方都沒有，洗完澡以後還得出來房間拿浴巾，沒辦法，衹能自己在**上買一個晾衣桿
之前也入住過其他桔子酒店，都還挺OK的，這一家可以説是我入住過最差的沒有之一。
一進房間就發現各種問題，當時立馬聯繫攜程客服跟前台説要退房，這酒店拒不退款，態度惡劣
最後真心感謝攜程的所有工作人員，用心為客人解決問題態度極好，辦事效率極高。懂得感同身受，盡力挽回客人的損失。攜程客服們的素質修養，是這個桔子酒店 （交通大學店）永遠都望塵莫及的存在

每次去北京都是住桔子酒店，衞生環境服務都不錯，衹是北京的酒店真的有點小貴，總的來説還是很滿意，下次出差也是首選

房間很乾凈，關鍵還有智能小杜，蠻好的，孩子也覺得棒棒噠，隔音效果好，會繼續關注希望下次有機會再去

整體住宿感覺還是非常滿意的，非常智能化。去北京動物園、海洋館，天文館、北京交通大學、國家圖書館都非常方便，小朋友説了，如果下次再來，還要選擇桔子酒店。

酒店位置不錯，離北京動物園和海洋館的門也就5分鐘的路程，雙床房很適合一家三口。房間算快捷酒店裡乾淨、大的，裝修也很新，該有的都有。服務很好，前台接待也很周到熱情。
