房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全。大堂寬敞明亮。當天天氣很熱，有很多人在大堂休息，離考試的地方特別近，最好的是服務，給我免費延長了時間，讓我考試有了一個好心情。走的時候還有停車卷，又小省了一筆。😀😀非常感謝。為你們點贊👍

衞生：房間收拾得乾乾淨淨衞生很棒
設施：設施齊全，洗浴的都有，一次性牙刷需要到前台領取，免費的喲
服務：服務很貼心，給免費延遲退房了一個小時，很人性化贊
環境：停車場很大在一個建材城裡車位也很充足，走的時候有券，
總之性價比特別合適，推薦大家入住！

位置偏，設施老舊！大冬天房間超級冷🥶，空調壞的！服務差，服務員臉上肌肉就跟凍住了一樣，生冷硬邦邦，有問題帶搭不理，取快遞也是不情願，快遞小哥明明已經放前台了，愣是不願意找，沒翻兩下就讓打電話問快遞是不是沒放前台！！逼急眼了才多找兩下，找到之後還是嘴硬，強詞奪理解釋説有的快遞東西沒放的時候就提前顯示簽收了，讓人無語！不會再住🥶

我屬於睡覺比較死的那種。首先，隔音太差，隔壁房間輕聲説話都能聽得一清二楚；樓道有人説話都好像在我床前説話一樣，凌晨五點半就被走廊裏説話的人吵醒。其次，房間的門鎖壞了，無法在房內反鎖，安保措施極差無比，找前台換房，前台還推卸責任，讓我忍着，拒絕解決任何問題!地理位置也很差，周邊都是荒地，晚上路燈都很少。總之就是又偏遠，有不安全，隔音還差，前台還不解決問題，居住體驗極差!

賓館的位置很好找，若是坐公交到了侯莊子站，往高架橋所在的方向走三百多米，到了傢俱城就能看見一大排黃色的樓房就是了，若是駕車一進門就是，可以找賓館要免費的停車票。賓館右邊是考場，不到3分鐘就能進考場，左邊是吃飯的，三餐都有，也有超市，考試提前來啥的是真的超級方便。裏面前台的工作人員熱情負責有禮貌，環境也好，衞生乾淨，門口還有微波爐可以加熱食物，wifi也還行，有枱燈方便學習辦公，洗漱用品我是自帶的，沒有前台也是可以提供的。唯一不好的就是牆不隔音，床頭那邊挨着旁邊屋子的浴室，因為第二天考試，晚上十點就睡下了，結果隔壁十一點多洗澡，生生的給吵醒了，剛開始還不知道這轟鳴聲是怎麼回事，第二回被吵醒了才反應過來，所以建議大家早點洗漱，方便你我他，走廊屋裡小點聲，要不一路都有旁聽者。最後特別感謝前台的小姐姐們，早上考試缺發現紙質的准考證出了問題，尋求幫助直接幫我重新打印了，那時的慌亂着急無法訴説，怕找不到打印的地方，考試也不能參加了，十分感謝。終於寫完了，哈哈佩服全部看完的您，祝福看完的您考試逢考必過、工作順順利利！！！

在北京寸土寸金的地方，住在這裏還是非常實惠的，交通也很方便，門口兩個網紅餐廳吃飯也非常的可口。酒店提供的也有早餐。有機會還會住這裏的。
