The location of the hotel is quite good. It is not far from the subway station outside Guangqumen. There are supermarkets, Daoxiang Village, and various food and snack shops downstairs. It is a convenient and fast hotel in Beijing. The room has complete facilities and relatively good hygiene. Personally think that the location environment is the biggest selling point.

在寸土寸家的帝都，這家酒店的位置很不錯，地鐵口差不多100米的樣子，第一天入住就感受到了這家酒店的服務，小姐姐們都很温柔，任何一位工作人員見到都會問好。第一天發生了意外～隱形眼鏡在眼睛裏麪找不到了，前台小姐姐也很熱心的幫忙，當時感覺都要瞎了🤦。這幾天配的眼葯水需要放冰箱也是非常幫忙的每次幫我拿出當天需要的眼葯水。在入住和離開的時候都有給我好多份能量。礦泉水也是我看過最大方的酒店，走的時候都還有4瓶沒喝完。整體酒店也比較乾淨，房間面積小了點，寸土寸金的帝都麼可以理解了。早餐方面，品種不多但是感覺還是比較新鮮的，最有特色的是星程一碗麪～自己搭配。設施給了4.5分是因為電梯問題，入住3天電梯壞了3次，這個問題我覺得需要重視，安全問題不容忽視，當然酒店在退房時電梯故障也主動詢問是否需要幫忙拿行李，這點很贊，下次來京還會考慮這家酒店，再次感謝一下5.31號前台的那位小姐姐。短短3天，這家酒店還是很貼心。還給了延遲退房服務贊～最後提一句買稻香村糕點這家酒店非常方便還是三禾稻香村，價格比前門那邊還便宜。

一年多沒來北京了，這次和朋友想去一下國博、故宮，不想花太多時間在交通上，選擇了星程酒店。入住前前台服務人員提前打了電話確認到達時間，很不錯，到達後還幫我們免費升房。另外，星程酒店的特色早餐星程一碗麪很好吃，北京的麪是炸醬麪，煮麪師傅很熱情

環境：距地鐵口近，出行方便，去天安門廣場、天壇等景區方便，如果趕時間不想坐地鐵換乘，也可以打網約車，價格不貴。
設施：設施總體較新，房間不算大但可以接受，存放物品的空間還是挺多的，窗台也能放點。
衞生：房間沒有異味，還有窗户可以開窗、開門通風。
服務：服務不錯，晚上點的外賣比較多，服務人員幫我們送到了門口，滿意。

前台人員服務熱情，早餐一般，油條包子都是冷的，一丁點北京早點的供應都沒有，房間面積太小了，最後一天早上不知道是樓上還是隔壁在維修還是幹嘛，咚咚咚地敲了快兩個多小時，最後也懶得反應了，反正也退房了。

在北京待了4個晚上，習慣性先住一晚再考慮後面是否續住。還是很滿意的，我們最後一天是7點的高鐵，所以6點不到就出發了，前台還幫我們準備了能量包，特別貼心。早餐雖然種類不是很多，但是每樣都很好吃，特別是現煮的炸醬麪，我每天都吃，吃不膩。還有小菜每天都換品種，很有心的一家店。房間雖然不大，但是打掃的很乾凈，很仔細，我們開始那個空調我不會搞，服務員也是很快就來幫我們處理，迴應速度特別快！入住的四晚很開心！
