The male staff served us pretty good even though we couldn’t communicate with Chinese smoothly. He tries his best to find us the room upon we arrived. If we have a chance to visit Beijing in the future, we absolutely return to have a good stay in this hotel again. The room is clean and neat.

The hotel is well situated, with a number of malls and eateries nearby. We were impressed with the staff, who were prompt and service oriented. There was English speaking staff assigned to assist non mandarin speaking staff too. The room was spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast was simple but good with ample western options too. Overall a good experience.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. We loved the fact that we were able to do our laundry. That is definitely a plus if you want to travel light and not carry too many clothes.
The location is also very convenient and there are plenty of shops and restaurants near the hotel.
We enjoyed our experience in this hotel and will definitely stay here again in the future if we visit Beijing again.

Bedroom is nice and comfortable. Shower works well. The bed is also comfortable. Really enjoyed the laundry service. I found it very convenient to wash and dry my clothes. There was also a good ironing equipment. The room was cleaned everyday. They would leave new bottles of water everyday. Location is also great. The metro station is closed and there are good shopping malls nearby with lots of places to eat and choose from.

After spending one night at our initial booking, my partner and I decided it wasn’t the right fit and made a last-minute switch to this hotel. Honestly, we booked without any high expectations, hoping it would simply be an improvement over the first. But wow, what a pleasant surprise!
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed, going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The attention to detail in the design and cleanliness really stood out.
Switching hotels felt like a gamble at first, but it turned out to be the highlight of our trip. We’re so glad we trusted our instincts to make the move. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, exceptional service, and an overall fantastic stay!
